I was very anxious about boarding my 2 furbabies. My previous dog walker retired, so you can imagine my trepidation. Staff was extremely friendly and sent me photos when asked. I had both of my pets in a suite to make it less stressful. I believe that was a good call. I would utilize this "hotel" in the future.

You can tell they really care for pets! They have their greeter, Bam Bam (Pomeranian) that welcomed all customers! Amanda, the groomer is amazing!!!

This place took really good care of my cat. I studied abroad for 6 weeks and had to leave my cat behind. I was so anxious but the staff was so nice and understanding. They sent me pictures and videos, and although my cat was upset to be away from me (she's a big baby), she was healthy and I didn't have to worry about her getting hurt. I often had nightmares about my cat and would call them and they'd immediately send me photos.

Very loud and smells like pee where the dogs are often. Otherwise, very amazing staff and reasonable pricing!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have been taking my dog Comet (husky) here for over 2 years to both daycare and boarding, and I have never ever had a problem. In fact, during my 6 years living in Corona this has been one of the best businesses I have done business with.
The entire staff including the manager Amy has provided me with phenomenal customer service. I travel frequently and board my dog here at least a couple times a month, and they have been accommodating getting me in last minute when needed.
My dog gives it two paws up too. Forget walk, food, and even treat…. My dog’s favorite words are: do you want to go to Riverwalk! He always has a great time and comes back healthy and safe, and I love how they send me updates during my trip and post their stories on instagram where I can see him too.
I’m moving away and will be hard pressed to find another place like this. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother calling anywhere else. This place is the best!!

We bring our family cat here when we leave town for vacation/etc. I can tell our kitty likes it here because when we leave her, she doesn't put up a fuss and even purrs when staff takes her. This warms my heart because I know she is in great care/hands. The staff at Riverwalk are so nice and I appreciate them. Thanks Riverwalk staff.

Had my dog stay here for a week! Staff was so professional and friendly and sent me updates with pictures! It was great seeing my little one play with the other dogs and having fun while I was out of the state! I appreciate the photos provided and I highly recommend this place. :)

I've been bringing my doggy here since I adopted him from the shelter. When I got him he had healing wounds and a bad leg. I've tried so hard to get him to trust people again. I picked him up today from grooming and I noticed he had red markings on him. To me it looked like blood. I went back inside to tell them he was bleeding and they told me it was from the sling and that it was a rash. I was so upset because they didn't tell me when I picked him up. I don't fully believe them because he had markings on his neck, chest, leg, and ears. I feel like they handled him rough or put him with another dog. I trusted them with him. He's had such a hard life and it hurts that I put him in a situation where he got hurt. I wouldn't have posted this if they just told me but I had to find the markings on my own.

Took good care of my mini poodle. He does not mind going there at all! He loves the special ice cream they serve.

The service I requested was to have my dog stay for daycare and to have vaccine administered. The first time I went there for vaccine. A guy with long hair completed them infront of me and I appreciate that. However this time which was "Amy" if that's her real name, she lied and said she needed to get the card. Came back and said she already gave it. How do I know if it's the right one? How do I know she gave it? I don't. And I don't appreciate that at all. I explained to her, what if it was her kid, do you just take your kids and give them vaccine without you present?? No! She obviously didn't care! And had no respect for it.

Other dog parent from recent review: We brought our puppy for their first full day daycare after their evaluation since we were still impressed by the staff and as expected they were quite efficient on check-in and thorough with the follow-up. I had a chat with some of their staff and they were very transparent on the processes and it does seem they took our recent feedback seriously and constructively - signs of a good business. I would like to speak for all new pet owners: Even though this business (or others) are experienced pet daycare, us new pet parents need to be eased into daycare/boarding/etc since these pets are family to us and we require more reassurance in the beginning (especially since our pup is a bit nervous!) - and this time, they were really awesome to keep me updated whether through Instagram or via email updates. So based on my experience so far, it was a rough start with the communication but it has since improved, so overall quite happy with how the full day daycare was and how awesome their staff is. I do hope to continue to rely on the Riverwalk team to help take care of our pet baby!
