I transferred from another clinic and RMC is a breath of fresh air. Appointment time is always within 10 minutes, my Drs office is friendly and informative. I'm very happy with my choice to move to RMC.

My 2 year old toddler was seen by Dr. Christine Vo DO in urgent care today. Some doctors and healthcare professionals truly are not good with kids but Dr. Vo was incredibly professional and respectful. She engaged and talked to my 2 year old daughter in an age appropriate manner. She answered all my questions as best as she could. She took the time to listen to my concerns. And had a very pleasant attitude. The medical assistant, and staff behind the counter were also very pleasant and courteous. I hope that next time we need to be seen in urgent care, we are seen by her.My concern that has nothing to do with the staff was the wait time. clearly they were understaffed for the amount of patients being seen. And I do expect wait times to be worse during cold and flu season. If possible to have more staff, I do think the clinic should consider it. We were there for over two hours.

I had a 10am appt with Dr Clifford in Podiatry. I arrived at 9:40. Security was very helpful with directing me to the Podiatry office, as it was my first time there and i checked in. I was seen at about 10:10. Dr. Clifford and the two assistants were very responsive and answered all my questions. I was out by 10:55. An excellent experience all around. I'll be back in two weeks.

Dr. Song in internal medicine is unfortunately horrible. She Doesn’t believe that people who aren’t in the military can develop PTSD, she very clearly is vegan or vegetarian and tried to push an all plant diet onto me without even asking what my current diet is, and recommended “sunshine” for my depression.I also see an OB separate from her. She proceeded to make judgements about my pregnancy despite knowing that I am in conversations with a different medical doctor, and stormed out without properly ending the appointment when I told her that I was aware of the (cherry-picked and inaccurate) research that she was forcing down my throat. Despite her constant judgement and even use of air quotes to mock me, I remained professional through the appointment while she acted like a child. We will not be returning to her.

To my knowledge there is no information desk to get help. The intake technician was very helpful with trying to sort out my medical issues with my insurance coverage. The technician did everything to keep my appointment unfortunately I had to reschedule.

I think they're understaffed like any other hospital in America. It's not their fault. Never met a rude person and everyone is nice, but the wait time for urgent care is horrible.

Where do I start? In general I go to different RMC locations. For many years I've taken my parents and maybe over a decade ago, service and care was #1 back then. Now, I'm actually surprised that they opened a new location in Temescal Valley.Day St location - it is rundown. Doctors can make you wait a long time after the scheduled time, but will ask you to reschedule is you a ten minutes late. My mom and I have waited over an hour & a half to see Dr. Muradyan and after an hour of waiting impatiently, she spoke to Linda the doctors assistant about the wait and she replied what can I say, the doctor is very busy and that she can go elsewhere if she doesn't want to wait. No care for seniors. On another occasion, mom had a severe soar and went to see Dr Muradyan. The doctor didn't even bother to look at her wound that required special attention and just sent my mom to see a specialist knowing that they requires an appointment. My mom doing what the doctor told her to do, did and they asked her that they couldn't see her then and that she needed to make an appointment. We ended up going to urgent care for this treatment and the doctor at urgent care was shocked that my mom's primary doctor didn't even see how severe it was. My mom being diabetic, it wasn't healing and it was turning dark. Dr. Muradyan has a lack of care, he over medicates and doesn't follow through. He simply doesn't care. This is not the kind of attention or negligence a senior needs. It is not about the insurance money. It is about caring and being compassionate about your patients. Remember that we pay and choose them for their service not vice versa.Brockton location - I can personally write pages of complaints about this location, but I will only talk about one. I went in to have a cardio procedure scheduled at 9 am. and I finally left there at 2:30 pm because they were unable to find my vein for this procedure and I was poked 8 times for them to finally succeed.I was wore out from all the poking and fishing. My arm was purple for a long period of time. Literally, the procedure took 10 minutes to be done. Ridiculous!Temescal location - Having an occurring issue with being rescheduled over and over again at the Brockton location, after six months of this, I decided try to go to a new ENT at this new location. I was told by this new location was no longer taking new patients and to go to the Brockton location. I told her that I have too many issues with the ENT at Brockton and that is why I was trying them. She replied that I needed to find another place.

I spoke to a lady, Marta Garcia, in regards to a benefits and payment plan. She stated if I didn’t pay x amount of money (due to the type of ppo and high deductible plan I have) that dr. Berkes office would refuse my care by a certain date. How in the world are you going to refuse to see a pregnant woman who needs medical attention?! She stated it was “policy” to collect payment/deductible up front. I couldn’t afford it, I was willing to make payments even after the fact of giving birth. But the second she stated they’re gonna reject my care. RED FLAG. I left. Dr Berke was amazing. I had no issue with the dr. Himself but the fact that this was “policy” I was just astonished. I switched my OB/medical clinic and guess what? I explained to them the situation what happened here and they made a contract for me, so I can make payments as I go then after birth I will receive a new bill PLUS the payment plan I was asking for to begin with. Needless to say, if you have PPO/high deductible and wanna “work something out” with them here, this isn’t the place to go. RUN.

Would give 0 if I could. Dr. Anita Wolf's medical assistant is extremely rude and unprofessional. Poor bedside manner. Pure definition of someone who is only in it for the money. It's sad.

This is the most disorganized medical staff I have ever seen. You would be better off going to a county hospital to get anything done. Don't recommend coming to this place

Waited for more than 3 hours, the rooms were empty but who knows where the doctor was. We had to follow up with the front desk nurse who was chatting with another colleague. Nurse got up to check and said we were next. Waiting times for urgent care on the website stated 101 minutes. My 5 year old was sick. While waiting, we could t help to noticed how filthy the floor, walls, and equipment are. Not to mention that the Q-tip container lid was left on the counter. I put the lid on it, -who knows how long it's been like that. Room#1 Urgent Care.

Love this medical care facility. The urgent care facility staff is amazing. The doctor's fantastic. Especially Doctor Amy. She is absolutely amazing, so compassionate, caring, loving, friendly. Ask for her you won't be disappointed.
