  I ordered a compartment door for an RV from this company and sent pictures of the original door along with the rought whole measurements and they shipped me a door that was an inch shorter in height then the measurement I gave him. I contacted him to see if he would correct it but he just wanted to tell me that he made it to my measurements. Then after I resent my original e-mail with the measurements he just said they make a standard door for the RV manufacture which was 48 1/2" high and the measurement I gave him was 48 3/4 " high and the door he sent me is 47 1/2 " high. He would not admit he made a mistake, nor offer a refund. He sent me an e-mail telling me if I want a bigger door I would have to send him a PO# and order it. Not a good way to do business. I will not order from them again even though it is the OEM. You are better off to get from RV manufacture they take better care of the customer
