We had them install a Blue Ox tow system on our RV and Jeep and could not be more pleased. I asked them on the Jeep to install the system in a way that would be protected when we off-road and they did a fabulous job. All of the team was professional from the tech to the counter. We live in South OC but still made the trip to Riverside. Highly recommend them.

Amazing staff and great experience. You pay for the workmanship. Same tow hitch could have been installed by U Hall, but I recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. Amazing customer service.

Don't waste your time at this bullshit place..!.! They are con artists.. The pressured us into buying almost $1000 new hitch, antisway for my travel trailer, saying the old one was not safe. They were lying just to make the sale. There is nothing wrong with the old hitch. BEWARE.!.! Elder abuse here

Great service from the ladies at the front and great service from the men installing. I had a very short deadline to get my hitch done and I called every U-Haul you could think of And they could not meet my deadline dates and where charging $1000’s I called them and they were able to get it done within 3 days! I would recommend them anyday!

Great service from Riverside Hitch and Trailer, and a high level of technical expertise and execution. They know their stuff, and the service doesn't come cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you need work done, plan to make an appointment well in advance. Do not wait until the last minute. They have a large selection of parts and accessories, and their advice and recommendations are spot on.
