Everyone here was great! I brought my Explorer in to have a hitch receiver put on. I had many questions and Amber was very patiently and thorough in answering every question I had. Freddy, the tech was awesome too. He ended up staying past closing to go over how to use the brake control and answer my questions too. Pricing was more than fair in my opinion. Highly recommend this shop!!

Wow, within about a day and half these guys had my trailer done with some fabrication work on my tongue, new chains with new welded tabs, all new wiring sorted/fixed with new cable and 7 pin connector, (4) new hubs, and a welded plate with new jack. We all want a good price, quick turnaround, and quality work. Typically you only get 2 out of the 3 but with these guys you get it all.

Exceptional service, my mechanic recommended me this business and it went great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Called Wednesday and set up appointment friday. Installed a tow hitch and it looks great. Blends right in to my suv.

I am not one to write many reviews, but after having Riverside Hitch & Trailer work on my personal and company vehicles for over 15 years, I felt it was time.
I have had several hitches installed on my various trucks. Modifications from electric steps, additional lights, air horns, suspensions modifications, etc.
Most recently I had new fenders, wheels, tires, tongue box, vents, lights, roof sealed, miscellaneous repairs and brakes and bearings serviced on one of my trialers. I could not be happier.

I came in for installation of a 7 pin trailer connector and Bluetooth brake controller. All went well until I started having issues with what I thought was the brake controller. Freddy went above and beyond to trouble shoot the issue which turned out to be with the trailer brakes and not the controller. Despite not having previously worked on my brakes, Freddy and his team fixed the brake issue and didn’t even charge me for the labor.

Had them install a 5th wheel hitch and airbags on my 2005 f250! They did a great job and delivered exactly when they said they would! Would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them 1 million stars, I would! Amber and Freddie and all the staff are so amazing and friendly. I’ve been rocked with anxiety about finding a fifth wheel hitch for my new trailer since I’ve never had one before, and when I called Amber was so amazing at explaining everything over the phone and making me feel confident in my purchase, then Freddy showed me how to attach it to my truck, and it was such a great encounter. I wish I had more trailer hitch needs so I can give them more of my business, but I will highly recommend them to everybody. I know till the end of time. They truly are the best.

We had them install a Blue Ox tow system on our RV and Jeep and could not be more pleased. I asked them on the Jeep to install the system in a way that would be protected when we off-road and they did a fabulous job. All of the team was professional from the tech to the counter. We live in South OC but still made the trip to Riverside. Highly recommend them.

Amazing staff and great experience. You pay for the workmanship. Same tow hitch could have been installed by U Hall, but I recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. Amazing customer service.
