Riverside cat hospital it superior. They are caring knowledgeable and our place that we take our kitties. Lori is the greatest. I highly recommend. They have hospital care services as well as food for your furries.

The Doctors here have a passion for their craft, the cats, and understand the concerns that all crazy-cat parents have. Whether it's the smallest of concerns or the largest, the doctors here listen and approach all problems from a bottom-up holistic approach.

Great place. They have cared for two of my cats and have been awesome. They are not the cheapest vet out there, but the service and information is good. They are also flexible and willing to work with you. Would recommend!

I bring my cat in every 6 months for a hygiene clip, I went on 3/4 for that, when I got home it didn't look like they did anything. They should at least let me check before leaving. Poor service.

Ok, for the price. The receptionists were nice and polite. They really love cats. The only issue is that when you walk in you are hit with a smell of cat urine. They have some foster cats in need of homes and they stay in a cage in the front office right where you walk in.

Such a great place to take your cat. Such friendly staff and amazing doctors. My cat was so anxious as this was his first time at riverside cat hospital but was relaxed once the doctor came in. He was so gentle with him. If you didn’t know, this place is also a regular vet. They also have cats up for adoption so if you’re looking for a cat, I’d go check them out. They have a few cats out and the rest in the back and you’re able to go see them all.

Two of the most caring vets and office staff I've ever known. I've been bringing my cat here for years. He is almost 20 with old person issues, so being able to get him in on a moment's notice is sometimes necessary, at least in my thinking. They try hard to accommodate us so that my worries can either be addressed with treatment or put to rest. When you arrive at the little cottage office, you may be greeted by Cleocatra, the blind kitty who lives there. Trust me...she can "see" her way around and has a sixth sense about people. The office is very well lived in so if you're allergic to kitties like I am, make sure to take your allergy pill before you arrive. I know, I know...a cat owner whose number 2 allergen is cat dander.

I'm writing this review from Honolulu Hawaii, but I can honestly say that this will be a review from someone who is qualified to write about a cat clinic. I manage a veterinary clinic here in Hawai'i, but my daughter and her fiancé are in Riverside. When my daughter told me her cat was losing weight and not interested in treats anymore, I knew she had to get in right away. We called and although they didn't have any available appointments, they took my name and number and told me they would call back, and they did!! I asked to FaceTime during the visit and let the person who answered the phone know what tests I was thinking would be appropriate to run, and his answer was "it sounds like you want our senior wellness" he was right, I did. Unfortunately during the physical exam Dr. Greg was able to palpate an abdominal mass. I knew immediately, and told him that all of the blood work, X-rays and urinalysis' won't change the outcome. There was absolutely no pressure put on us for testing (it wouldn't change anything), no up selling of products, just an honest assessment of the situation. I was unable to be there for my daughter and her fiancé and little Ophelia, but they were in the very best of hands. Dr Greg, I am very thankful for your time and I appreciate your honesty. This was your first time meeting them, and to have to give such bad news cannot be easy. Thank you.

I'm so bummed about this place. I took my cat in for an issue and felt like the vet took really good time with my cat and explained what I needed for her, but when I called them back for a follow up and to make an appointment for the dental surgery (they suggested) they never called me back. I left two messages and probably called their office 5x with no luck in reaching anyone. I called within their listed open office hours, so it was pretty disappointing. I ended up taking my cat to Town & Country vet and was very pleased with their services.

Would not recomend.called with a very I'll cat said they were open until 6. Got there at 5 and no one was there.very bad customer service
