I Always come to this location, the Associates are Always Nice and helpful, the ice cream here is Good, the store is always Clean. I prefer this location.

Today I was looking at all the amazing valentines product you have out, the manager was so kind and helped my find the perfect gift for my kids. I love the customer service I received. I will be frequenting this rit aid more often because of the kind and helpful employees.

Just went to pick up a prescription for my husband that was Norco when I got there the lady said that they were out of it. It's a nationwide outage of the Norcos . She talked to me like I was an idiot and if I should know that. I asked her if they were out of anything else so that when I called the doctor I would not have to come back. I asked her what was comparable to the Norco. She said that was not up to her. It was up to the doctor. I called our doctor and they said that she was extremely rude to them as well, she is an older heavyset blonde lady who should not be in any type of customer service. She had the rudest look on her face and talk to me like I was a piece of shit. Not to mention she either smokes 100 cigarettes a day or is extremely sick and should not be working at a pharmacy when she is sick or sounds like that I could not even hear or understand her worst experience ever will not be sending any prescription there ever again as long as she works there. I feel bad for her co workers to have to work with such a miserable lady I hope she reads it. Yes I am the lady that was in the white car rude lady. Hopefully you will have a better day tomorrow.

STORE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!.Pharmacy takes forever. They let you stand there for 10 to 15 min before they even knowledge you. I go there 3 times a month same problem all the time.A little frustrating.

Really upset went and bought these lindor candies and they were 5.99 or 6.99 and the bag just looked smaller than the same ones I got at stater brothers… anyway I buy them but tonight I go across the street to stater brothers and they have ones almost double the size for 5.99 or 6.99… riteaids were 5.1oz and staters are 8.5oz… this is horrible!!

Made an appointment for the Covid and flu shot. Got checked in but waited over an hour even though I had an appointment. Apparently you get placed in line with all other prescriptions. What's the point of an appointment system that you end up waiting for anyway!! Stupid system.

Omg, I was so disrespected. All I was doing was looking at lip sticks and a African American sales associate accused me of stealing! She came at me side ways yelling at me. Causing a huge scene and kicked me out. So ridiculous!! Won't be shopping at rite aide ever again

Clean place but not stocked very good for the medical aisles. I was greeted walking in the door as they served ice cream to other customers. I wish there was more stocked variety when I was looking for anti itch cream.

Had a prescription called in late on Friday. Arrive at pharmacy to be told they don't have the medication in stock- but they were able to give me one dose. I was told the medication would be there Monday morning. I go in on Monday morning to be told they STILL do not have the medication and it wouldn't be there until the afternoon. So far they suck!

Love the location. The pharmacy is great, but the customer service in the main part is the store is almost non existent. If you use the self check don't even start unless there is someone behind the counter bc you are most likely going to need help. There may not be anyone working the registers and you have to look through out the store for someone and the wait might be long. Otherwise I like this location.
