Spoke to Armando first thing in the morning, when they first opened, had a starting problem on our diesel forklift. Before noon David showed up, figured out the problem, and had us back up and running. These guys were great, David and Armando were very helpful and communicative, kept us in the loop and for us up and running ??

I had Riser forklift come and do a regular service our Crown Forklift. Once they completed the Service the Forklift had a System Check light on that we had never seen before and the side-shift stopped working. I reached out to Riser to let them know that they did something during their service because before the machine was fine, and as soon as they serviced it, it was showing a wrench light and also had a lack of power. A technician came back and after an hour said he couldn't figure out what was wrong and would need to review the manual for a few days and would get back to me. It has been over a month. I have called Riser forklift to follow up 4 times and every time they promise they will come out and fix the issues but never show up. I rarely write reviews unless they are positive, but this warranted a review due to the bad service and bad customer service**Update* David (The owner), reached out and was very sincere and apologetic. He explained that there was miscommunication on their end and explained what had happened. He refunded the work and let us know he would personally take care of us in the future. It may not have been a great first impression. But David did a great job fixing the situation and re-gaining our business.

All around great experience. Jon was kind and generous and David was very knowledgeable. We received support over the phone for an ignition issue. If anything happens again, they are first to be called.

These guys are legit. I watched their video on YouTube. Still couldn't figure it out so I called and he actually Facetime'd me and told me step by step on how to get my forklift running good again. Definitely saving his number for next time!

I was in a pinch and called them up for repair. David sent out Skyler to the rescuer. After looking at it for about 30 minutes he had it back up and running! Well worth the money spent!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Riser. I called and got an estimate to fix and pretty nasty electrical problem I was experiencing. Being stubborn I tried fixing my problem on my own and ended up calling them back. They even took a fair amount of time helping me try to figure it out over the phone! It became clear that I needed way more diagnostics that I was capable of. A bad wire and a switch, and I was back in business!
