I'm the gardener here. Met Richard a couple times .,nice fellow. His office has been there on the ground floor for as long as I can remember. He must be doing something right.As of about January, 2022 the office has been closed. Mr Hawkins has either moved his enterprise or retired. I don't know which, but wish him well.
