Yelp has always done right by me so I trusted the recommendations. I spoke with a few other property managers and everyone was wanting to rent my condo for a lot less. Brian agreed to rent it at a price we were comfortable with. Brian was very good at communicating and was patient with all of our questions. My husband met with him initially and then we met with him again after I reviewed the contract at home. Everything looked good. We updated a few things in the condo in preparation to rent it and he gave us a few other good suggestions as well. Brian was a property manager I felt knew what he was doing and we got the sense he would take care of everything for us. The monthly amount for his services is great and we have peace of mind with Brian's services. We have a landlord portal to sign into, we get our yearly tax form and an email each month right before we receive our deposit. It's also nice that if the tenant puts in a maintenance request, we receive an email as a courtesy, but Brian takes care of everything!We are absolutely pleased with Brian as our property manager and when we decide to purchase another investment property we will absolutely ask Brian to help us out with that as well. We cannot recommend Brian enough!”
