I went in early to fill out paperwork and the process is slow and I have to sit there over an hour for my appointment went crazy about that because I have bad knees, so I don't like sitting too long to begin with. This physical therapist was good once I got into see her I just didn't like having to wait over an hour for my appointment.

I've been coming here for just about a year now. It's been a very difficult healing journey but Vanessa has been such an amazing part of it. She's been super invested and encouraging during this process. Ray, the PT aide has also been a super important piece of this journey. I am very grateful for them both.

(Translated by Google) They are definitely so inefficient in answering calls to make an appointment, the worst thing is that the phone is silent, I checked it when I personally went to make an appointment, what a bad service ??? and the worst thing is that they tell you that you have to call when they never answer ??

I just read a review from a person that left one star. And I was shocked. I have been going to Rancho physical therapy on and off for 10 years. In fact they are not in my current group and I had to jump through hoops to get my insurance company to approve me to go to them because I think so highly of them. I've had a few injuries over the past 10 years and I've gone to them and have been extremely satisfied. And I emphasize extremely. I've been going to the one on Brockton in Riverside but I have been to a couple others. They are highly professional and I have been to other physical therapy places that are no good. In fact the reason I had to jump through hoops for my insurance company is I am only allowed to go to another physical therapy place and when I called twice to make an appointment they were extremely rude. Luckily my insurance company worked with me and I am now going to be going to Rancho physical therapy. If you want to be treated exceptionally well go to them.

So my dad was referred to this place and since we live close by he wanted to check this place out and wanted to maKe an appointment in person since he had paperwork from his primary doctor, he got there and I guess there's like a ring door bell to get there but no answer, all he got wAs a hello ??? And they hung up on him. Ok..the hours says they're open and yet they're closed? My dad may sound like he doesn't know English but he knows and understands. so my dad called their number and they hung up on him there too. So messed up. I don't get it why they did that to him. I'm furious that-they treat him like that. I don't write bad reviews but for them to do that to my dad really messed up. I've called this place myself as well and no pick up, sounds like whoever is working doesn't like to speak to anybody on the phone or in person. Don't waste your time in this place, sounds like they don't give a crap about anybody.

office staff is terribly unprofessional and have been for many years...the manager is to blame, the all follow her rude rude lead.the therapists I have no opinion other then they do not follow doctors order, they decide what they want to do for your therapy which if a fraud to your insurance.

Things went great until I was 15 minutes late one morning. They took me in without telling me that I would lose the manual massage session without being able to make it up (which was annoying). Then, just when I thought I was lucky -- I was disappointed. The client ahead of me told the therapist (Sergio) that he could not stay for his manual massage so he left. Well, I thought this was great for me because I could slide into that slot and Sergio could give me my manual massage. WRONG. Instead of giving me the manual massage, Sergio waits about 15 minutes, then comes over to me and pulls a "power-trip saying that because I was 15 minutes late, he could not give me a manual massage. Well guess what, Sergio, your power-trip just got you FIRED!!

When my surgeon told me I would need PT after my “open” rotator cuff surgery on March 4th I reminded him that I had great success with Rancho PT after my Knee replacement, hip replacements X2, hand surgery and back issues. I had no interest in any other clinic. On March 21st I had my evaluation @ Brockton clinic. We set up 12 visits to start the next day Friday March 22nd. When I arrived yesterday everything proceeded as expected. The exercises were uncomfortable but tolerable. The assistant who helped me was kind and professional. After about an hour she suggested I had finished the proscribed work and that I would next have stimulation & heat before I was finished. They moved me to a table and Mr. Sergio Tejada came over. He immediately had me on my back & he wanted me to drop my affected arm flat onto the table. It was very painful & I told him so, he then added some pillows, that helped.Next instead of adding tens unit stimulation he started kneeling the tissue around my incision. The pain was intolerable & I cried out. He did not stop & simply added more pillows under that arm and started again I cried out again & thought I would pass out. He then asked if had taken pain meds. I told him I had taken Percoset 45 minutes before I got there. He wanted to start again & I screamed. He then had the assistant to put the tens on me with heat. I was in excruciating pain & wanted to get away. After some minutes I was assisted to my feet & I stumbled out to my wife’s car. I could still hardly speak.I am fearful of coming back on Tuesday unless I am assured that my pain is being acknowledged and taken into my treatments. I will not accept any further care from Mr. Tejada!

My 73 y/o Mom goes here twice a week and she just brags like a proud grandma!! She's new to the area and was very apprehensive about starting PT with "strangers" but after the first visit she was eager to return. Thank you all for making her so comfortable!

They were there, when I needed them the most... After suffering a Brain Bleed Stroke I spent 2 months in a Convalescent Hospital. During this period I accidentally tore my rotator cuff (falling out of a hospital bed). I also suffered a pinched nerve in my neck. Once I was home, I spent almost 4 months working with the staff at Rancho Therapy getting the feeling back in my hands, and rehabbing my shoulder (which ultimately saved me from getting Rotator Cuff surgery). I can never thank them enough for believing in me, and for supporting me when I needed it the most!
