Worst customer service, the in-charge manager Paul is the rudest person. This is the second time he misbehaved with us. Just because we are girl’s doesn’t mean he can say whatever he wants and the tone is so disrespectful, i am so angry and sad. Extremely disappointed. He always does this when he is at fault.

Ralph's is a great place to shop. The store is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is nice. They have a bakery section with delicious cupcakes and cakes, and their fresh produce is top-notch. Everything here looked really nice. Highly recommended!

Staff was very helpful! Great deals! Some say ralphs is expensive...just buy the deals (like the $5 rotisserie chicken) and you'll save lots of money! I recommend using the price/ounce instead of the total price to buy the cheapest products anyway. Great experience!

Nathan made my day brighter every time I saw him. He made a point to connect with every customer and truly is the nicest most genuine person I have ever met. They let him go and I’ll no longer shop there.

If I could give 0 stars I would because why would you fire the best employee there for something so small he was there for 10 years and you fired him over a piece of meat, Nathan made Ralph’s a great place to shop and now that he’s gone I think Ralph’s should count their days of losing most of their customers because they have definitely lost me as a customer and some of my friends and family I hope they regret losing a great employee.

Good to know management here has absolutely no loyalty and would easily fire someone with 10+ years on their belt over a piece of food (I have a sneaky suspicion the poor guy was probably due for a raise soon). All while keeping this stuffy, crowded mess of a grocery store open for 20 hours daily. I won't step foot in there again, and I hope others follow.

I am both shocked and appalled to hear that they would fire such an upstanding member and pillar of the community in Nathan. That guy has been a corner stone of my Ralph’s experience at this location and his firing is absolutely unacceptable. I will now avoid every Kroger brand establishment for the rest of my life until this is made right.

I am devastated to hear that Nathan had been fired. He has always been a great help. He gave my son 100 dollars for his birthday. He showed up to my grandmas funeral. I saw him one day handing out food to homeless people as I drove by. This business needs more people like him. It’s a shame it has become such a ghetto establishment

It is very disappointing to hear they fired Nathan. A person who dedicated so much of their time to the company. Providingn. Single handley the best customer service you can receive. He was a beacon of joy. The amount of positive energy that radiated from that amazing individual was contagious! Their are certain individuals who make the shopping experience memorable and he was one of them.

Was waiting in line and instead of grabbing the person in front of me who hadn't placed their stuff yet or grabbing me. The cashier who opened a new line grabbed the last person in line.
I don't mind waiting in line but when they only have one lane open they should follow the right order.
If not give more hours to cashiers!!!! Stop being cheap with the damn self check out. Work real people. It's stopping proper service. Very disappointing for this grocery chain

I started shopping online at this store. I’m driving 15 minutes away from my home to this store because we can order online and then pick up.
This is the second time I’ve shopped at this store and twice already, they’ve had to move my pick up time hours ahead of what the app originally promised.
All I hear is that they get rush orders in and that’s why my order gets backup up. I think what’s really happening is that this store hasn’t been able to mange this service offering. They’re taking more orders than they can handle. Rush orders have nothing to do with this.
The store should seriously evaluate how much time it takes to process these orders and then adjust their app to only accept orders that fit within that time frame.
