Definitely staying here again! Adeline checked us in! She is super nice and made us feel at home. The rooms were not what we expected, it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful rooms! My husband wanted to take the bed, he said it was extremely comfortable. Overall great place!!Rooms: Clean, comfortable and extremely clean.Food & drinks: Restaurant's are nearby with good food and good atmosphere.

Where the hell's y'all stay. I went for new years, "now that I say it out loud...." It's was, as the French say,...Gar-baaaaje. I dropped like 200 on it they should've never charged more than 120 max, several crackheads, but I ain't knocking them they're obviously welcome there. I just handed them my trash, they said thanks and poof...it was gone. the best part was not being there. The staff was mute, the front desk lady was coo though. NPC...you know! I will say it was quiet for new years. But the TV and guide were trash. Parking? Good luck with that, it was on site but sparse. The shower and bathroom ...dismal. the most effective and consistent feature of that place was the vending machine...for sodas.it was honest and gave me correct change er'time.Nearby activities: Party drink repeat! Other wise it would've been yelling at randoms,fighting and jail timeWalkability: You better walk! Between the one way streets and the drunk pedestrians I figure it be best

We were pleasently surprised as it had some poor reviews. The lady at reception was lovely to deal with. Our room was clean, fair sized and no complaints there. Not super cheap or expensive and we enjoyed our one nights stay. It was quite too and near the Mission Inn. We would stay

The rooms are clean and nice but the staff one in particular named Alex is so disrespectful.I checked out the room and received a call saying there was smoking in the room and the room smelled like weed.I was advised there was no smoking in the room I should smoke on balcony or in car which I did so when I was called I was shocked to hear that I was being accused of smoking in the room when they have cameras and can easily be looked at then I was told an inspector was coming out and I asked to be there when they came and was told he's not coming so I was lied to and accused of something I did not do I wonder was it because I'm black? I was very dissatisfied with them I even came back up there to speak face to face with Alex and they said he was not there I came right back to get the run around

I stayed here for two nights in July 2023. From the outside, the hotel looks like a pretty basic motel. However, there are some very nice modern upgrades inside. There is crown molding, curved wall corners, recessed lighting, and plantation shutters. The bed was very comfortable. There is a good sized mini fridge, which was a plus. But there was no microwave, which would have been nice since the Hotel did not provide breakfast. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, and I would stay again.

Great location, great service, and great rooms, you get what you pay for, and extremely clean. I have issues when rooms are smelly or something but this location is always clean and smells nice. I also once forgot some things and the clerk took me to the room to find it with no issue and absolutely pleasant to talk to.

Overall for the price this was a fine hotel, with a few minor issues but no huge detractors.The room itself was small but decently sized, single king bed. The TV allowed HDMI and also had basic cable, huge plusses. The mini fridge was nice, but the lack of a microwave less so. There was room in the wall unit for a microwave, I assume they were once there but removed for electrical reasons? Not a huge deal.The bed itself was very comfortable and clean, no bugs or pests to be found. The pillows were the usual hotel soft.The restroom had a nice warm shower with jets, a toilet that could flush a dozen golf balls, and a hair dryer.The living room/bedroom was okay. The chairs were hard, and the table small but useable. I appreciated the ability to fully open the window to let fresh air in. The AC unit/heater worked wonderfully, and the door locked secure.My only downside is that there was no breakfast, which is to be expected of a hotel of this kind; Also no laundry facilities at the hotel. There is a laundry room that's only accessible by the cleaning staff. The parking lot is also pretty small, and hard to find parking after the sun sets.

After taking care of my elderly Mom from 2019 to May 2021, I stayed at the Raincross Hotel multiple times, and found this Hotel to truly be a Gem in downtown Riverside.The Family operated Property is Clean, Safe, Friendly, and a short walk to the many wonderful Restaurants & attractions in downtown Riverside, including The Cheech.I would recommend this Hotel to All of my Family & Friends.
