I’ve been staying here for years, never had a bad experience. Always very clean, budget hotel in downtown Riverside. Everything’s within walking distance.

We were pleasently surprised as it had some poor reviews. The lady at reception was lovely to deal with. Our room was clean, fair sized and no complaints there. Not super cheap or expensive and we enjoyed our one nights stay. It was quite too and near the Mission Inn. We would stay

Parking lot is small. Loved getting hit up to party in the parking lot ??♀️
