The person that I spoke with clearly didn't give a damn. After explaining what I was looking for, the clerk simply said they didn't have it. I told him that I actually needed the next size bolt. He said can't help you and proceeded to just stare at me. Offered no other help. Wasted trip, will not return.

This place has EVERYTHING.Staff is super helpful , I just walk in & let em know what I’m looking for and they come back with several options every time. All your bolt/hardware needs under one roof served up with great customer service .

These guys are always spot on with the odd requests I’ve got. If they couldn’t find a screw for me in right size it’s not for lack of trying. They are also my local source for large wrenches and lettered & numbered drill bits. Awesome sets. Keep on doing what your doing. Never had a problem at lunch time when I would expect everyone to swing by
