This is absolutely the best bank ever!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, always there to answer your questions, and always answer the phone!! My entire family has been banking here for years, this bank is our 'family.'

I want to give a shout out to Vanessa Rogers, who is a community banking manager, who went above and beyond to help us get signers onto our account. While our account had been with Provident for many many years, we were at a branch that was less than helpful. We had spent almost an entire year trying to get new signers onto our account. All it took was an hour at this branch with Vanessa's help to get all of our signers on the account. Kudos to Vanessa and her staff at Canyon Crest Provident Bank!

DONT BANK WITH THIS BANK!I have a durable power of attorney, for my dad's finances. I went in, and did their affidavit, and was told 2 days to 1 week, for them to approve. 2 weeks later, they told me, after I called them again, and again, and now they refuse to accept my P.O.A. wont give reason. My dad is 90 and bed ridden, and as a Korean war veteran, and decorated hero is unable to pay for his in home care providers. Stay as far away, as you can, from this bank. They steal from war heroes!

Applied to this company for a home loan inquiry with credit score over 700. They never tried to contact us for any information like it said they would and the credit was just pulled with no explanation. Going to file a complaint with CFPB. Horrible company and service will never comeback.

Absolutely my favorite bank that's why I've been there since the 80's and will continue to be. I recently had a financial issue and figuratively everybody in 'the chain' responded and I mean quick to try to satisfy me and at most places where you're just a ' 'number' these days if you're looking for a bank with that kind of a personal 'homey/neighborhood' touch stop looking you've found it.cause they'll help you out with your needs if at all possible

My mom banked here, and then I did. It’s an older bank, but the personalized customer service can’t be beat. I feel completely safe here, they are very on top of their security/fraud protection. Thank you!

This is exactly my favorite canyon crest provident bank. The personnel are so helpful and friendly. They are awesome and professional. I feel so good when I visit the branch. The personnel, Danielle, Savannah, Simone, and others are extremely professional and helpful. Thanks

Ever since Francisco left this bank the service is terrible. Not the politeness of the staff but the competence of most of the staff I have dealt with at the Canyon Crest location. Poor training including the manger. They have mishandled several transactions and is why I took the majority of my business elsewhere. Now it's time to end it entirely. That is what I should have done to begin with.

Out of all the financial institutions I have done business with Provident Bank is by far the best! I am completely satisfied with the customer service I have received and I would highly recommend. Staff members make me feel welcomed and right at home. Feels great to be part of a community based institution such as Provident Bank.

Great bank with great customer service, I've been a member with them for over 2 years and the great customer service hasn't changed. Simone Fink has been wonderful and helps me right away whenever I need help.

The worst bank. They would get 0 stars, if that was an option. They left us waiting for about 45 minutes, even though we were the only persons in the bank. Once they assisted us, they asked us to go print a page with our organizations name on it, even though they have computers and printers. When we ask if they could print it for us so we wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes home and back, they gave us an attitude saying that we had to print it. I guess their jobs is to just sit there. We are closing our organization's account and going to Altura, where the manager does not have a nasty attitude.

This bank is a total FAIL! I have a business and corporate account with provident and they charge us for EVERYTHING! Monthly service fee (even with a minimum of $50k deposited a month) fee per debit, fee for cash deposits over a certain amount, fee for checks, FEE FEE FEES! Then they hold ALL checks over $5k which is 95% of our checks. I have brought this up to many employees including Adrian who's some arrogant douche bag and he says “that's normal for banks†Ummmmm no it's not sir! I still have accounts at Bank Of America because of all the bs with Provident and I don't have ANY of this issues there. Save yourself the headache and go to a larger bank who isn't dependent off ridiculous fees or a having to hold your money to make interest off it.
