Appointment only, otherwise you will be waiting, and if you get lucky thats someone doesn’t show up. Then they might unload you.But the good thing is there is a lot of parking near the entrance.

Appointment Time for unloading 53ft dry van was at 12pm checked in at 11:30 and was out by 12:10 very fast unloading.

Usually quick and friendly unloads.Truck entrance is on Agua Mansa at the south west corner of the yard.Lots of overnight parking on Holly Street, and while it is only one lane for a short distance, it does connect out to Wilson Street back to Agua Mansa. Limited turnaround options, have to plan ahead and come in the direction you want, or back into a driveway or something.

if you are a van delivering just know apt for delivering start at 11 am and go on from there, they will not unload you any time sooner
