Wow! 1st time here and the gentleman there who’s name I didn’t get was beyond the nicest person ever!! He juggled with multiple customers all waiting to be helped, he greeted each one of us and continued to check in with us all while he was beyond busy helping someone. It really speaks volumes about a place that makes sure everyone knows they are seen, are going to get the best possible help for their needs and the fact that he was genuinely a nice guy just said this place worth waiting a bit longer..

I went in to send documents to Japan, and the owner, Mehar, was the absolute best. Best customer service, and super chill dude. Came in as a stranger, and left feeling like family. Absolute GOAT!

I went in to get my fingerprints scanned, and while tasks like these can sometimes feel like a chore, the experience was anything but. The gentleman who assisted me was in such high spirits, making it a pleasure to meet someone who genuinely cares about day-to-day interactions. It was such a positive experience that I would gladly go out of my way to return to this location.
