The new owners are. Awesome They found old mail in the back and have been wonderful with everything. Anyone need a PO Box this is the best place to have box and if they are closed you have option to get key to door for after s pick up

I use to wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to finally open the doors and it got me angry. So I talked to the manager and I was told that anyone with a 24hr access P.O. Box is required to have a door key and that Post Box Plus can’t be held liable if people aren’t able to enter and get their mail. I have 24hr access to my P.O. Box and wasn’t able to get to my box because I didn’t have my key…I was getting mad cus they were opening late but it makes sense to just get a door key. I finally purchased a door key and it makes my life a lot easier cause now I can access my box whenever I want. This place use to have really bad service but since it’s been under new ownership, the service has been so much better. Customer service is great! This place needed a change.

The new owner is friendly enough but everytime I've gone to pick up my mail this month they have been closed. They don't keep the hours posted and because of this, not having access to my mail and still being charged is the reason for the one star. This business is not serving its function. I don't have time to wait around 4 days a week in the middle of business hours for someone to pick up the phone and show up by appointment. Its a mail box. Be open.

I have talked to the owner , this is newly under new management. I came in to rent out a mailbox, he was super nice to me and in the process was showing me what he had in his inventory. If you like nice watches, and chains for a good deal come here. I bought a Bulova watch and I love it ! I love to see his new inventory every time that I come in to pick up my mail!

Horrible service. Sign on the door said they opened at 11. Showed up at 11:30 and no one was there. Called the number on the door (which said it was for the pawn shop but they're obviously connected) and the guy who answered said he'd be there in 5-10 minutes, stating he had had a flat tire. Super rude and irritated when he DID show up. Save your blood pressure and go elsewhere for any type of package shipping!

Very bad service. So rude and the owner makes you feel like you are bothering him. I thought maybe he had a few bad days or something but I cannot keep patronizing this business with such treatment. Will never go back

Worst location to do any kind of business the owner was starved of oxygen and then dropped kicked as a baby came in here to deliver a package and he was acting like I was bothering him the whole time and on top do that despite not having any other customer he didn't have time to help me... yeah folks make the extra drive and go to another place there is no reason to be this unprofessional

I needed to return a package. I forgot the prepaid shipping label. It was for $7.00. I ask how much to send this package to Redlands so I didn't have to come back. They told me $80 .00
