My family recently had the pleasure of working with PODS for our relocation to Winchester, CA and we cannot express enough how impressed and grateful we are for the exceptional service provided by the PODS experts Ronald (Driver 49343) and Keith (Driver 49312).From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my moving experience smooth and stress-free. First and foremost, the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Ronald and Keith were unmatched. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day, ready with all the necessary equipment and tools to handle our relocation process with utmost care. Their vast experience in handling PODS containers was evident as they expertly maneuvered the truck and safely placed the container exactly where I needed it.What truly sets Ronald and Keith apart is their dedication to going the extra mile. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to our specific needs and concerns. Not only did they provide helpful advice on how to safely unload our belongings, but they also actively engaged in problem-solving when faced with unforeseen challenges. Their willingness to adapt and find solutions was truly remarkable.Moreover, the respect and kindness shown by Ronald and Keith were truly exceptional. They treated my family’s belongings as if they were their own, ensuring we were able to safely open the PODS containers as household goods undoubtedly shifted during the two months of transit from Ridgecrest, CA to Bakersfield, CA, to Perris, CA to our home in Winchester, CA.Their attention to detail and diligent approach gave our family peace of mind, knowing that our valuables were in safe hands. Furthermore, the communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Ronald and Keith regularly kept our family informed about the progress of our move, ensuring that we were aware of any potential delays or changes. Their commitment to open and transparent communication was greatly appreciated, as it allowed us to plan ahead and make necessary arrangements with ease.In conclusion, as a US Marine Corps Disabled Veteran, I cannot thank Ronald (Driver 49343) and Keith (49312) enough for their commitment to providing exceptional service, professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers' household goods truly sets them apart. PODS has been the most expensive and most dissatisfactory business experience in my entire life. I ordered five containers over a two year period. The last container I ordered they sent to my deceased mother's house which was sold nearly two years before. This was despite having told the representative on the phone that it was the wrong address. That mistake caused me a five day delay in delivering the last container. Thanks to the colossal incompetence of the PODS organization (more to the point, DISORGANIZATION) I barely finished packing at the very last hour of the day that we closed on our home sale. Now I'm at the point where I'm ready to move in to my new home. Guess what? More problems. They charged the wrong debit card and then called me to tell me that I was being deleted from the delivery schedule. I had to start the whole process over again. I am now at the point where I have spent TWO HOURS on the phone ordering, and then reordering the delivery of my containers. Having been unsuccessful in accepting the rental agreement on line needed for delivery of my containers (a requirement that makes absolutely no sense since I am already committed to this travesty of a business) I called and talked to a very competent fellow who talked me through the rental agreement. I thought that was the end of the problems. How wrong I was. I received an automated phone message less than an hour later that informed me that I must accept the rental agreement or my order for delivery would be canceled. I called them back yet again and was told that PODS automatically sends out these automated calls regardless since it takes them at least 24 hours to acknowledge that the rental agreement has been accepted by the customer. This is not the way to engender a positive review from a customer who has spent over $25,000 with a business. I would give this business ten negative stars if that was possible.

We cannot say enough thank you’s to Keith (49312). From the phone call when he would be arriving to the deliver of the pod, to the delivery, we loved our encounter with him with his kindhearted and gentle soul. We need more Keith’s in this world!! To all those that get to be graced with him during the day, know how much we appreciate his assistance in this very stressful but exciting adventure. Thank you Keith for being the blessing in our lives. We hope you enjoy the snacks and silly faces from us.

Second time using PODS, very happy both times. Andre (#49287) was great! He ran a little later than he thought due to traffic in the canyon (been there, done that) but kept us informed and was still within a reasonable time. He set the POD quickly, exactly where I asked, and made sure it didn't tilt on our uneven driveway. My only minor complaint is that I was charged for a lock - I wasn't told about that when I set up the order. I would have turned it down, but it was a good price and I will use it after the POD is gone.

Driver was on time. Very polite and respectful. Andre did an awesome job getting the Pod into a tight space. He also gave us some tips on loading the pod and how to strap everything down. Highly recommend our delivery driver Andre #49287

Keith, our delivery driver, was incredible! He let us know when he was 45 minutes away, he had great communication skills, and he impressively placed the pod flush to one side of the driveway allowing us to use the other side to park our car! We’re trying to request him for our next three services. Thanks!

Had a very positive & professional experience with PODS Service located in Perris. Ronald called when he was leaving the warehouse and then called again when he was 20 minutes away. Placing it in our driveway went super smoothly. Kevionte picked up the POD 5 days later and he also called when he was 20 minutes away. Both guys were very friendly and extremely good at their jobs.The only small thing was that PODS usually sends you an email the night before giving you an estimated 3 hour service window. The email did show up but both times the service window times were left blank. However, the guys calling on the phone ahead of time made up for that. :)

Customer Service is AWESOME. I always feel super taken care of, everything is explained thoroughly, and I’m not afraid to ask questions. My PODs drivers have always all been super informative and helpful as well. Keith (49312) in particular was very sweet, explained the next steps, and understood my situation completely. He deserves a bonus or a raise or something!

Our experience with PODS was great! Our driver, Keith 49312, gave us ample notice to when he was arriving and once he got to us, right away he was super friendly and accommodating. Drop off couldn’t have gone better. He gave us lots of tips on packing and even coupons for free slurpees! Thank you Keith!

I had such a great experience with PODS! From my 1st phone call I received the best advice of pre-ordering my POD months b4 I needed it (but knew I would need it!) I locked in my price. I had the best driver who originally brought my empty POD…I didn’t have to be present when it was picked up which made my life so much easier! It was store safely and returned to me at my new destination. Once again the best driver, Keith 49312 was super helpful and understanding when my gate security was a bit of a pain! The best part is my pricing was locked in..NOT like storage units that hike your rate every 3 months. I would never do that type of storage again!

Cesar was the driver who delivered and picked up our Pods. He called when he was 20 minutes away, which was very helpful. He did an amazing job and is very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I recommend Pods for your moving needs and especially Cesar for delivering and picking up your Pods. He did an amazing job!!

Ronald was very helpful. The door was stuck on two different pods and he helped me move things out of it. I’ve appreciated phone calls from everyone that has delivered as well when they are getting close. Delivery experience was great.

NEVER USE PODS!!!This isn't directed at the Perris PODS Storage facility YET, but I will update you later today or tomorrow. I've been on hold for one hour and 15 minutes so far!!!! To sum up the total wait time just to schedule a DROP OFF...wait for it...5 HOURS AND FORTY TWO MINUTES! AND YES, I CAN PROVE THE TIMES!! There'w NO QUESTION, this is the WORST experience with any company I've dealt with in 50 years! I have gone as far as tracking down the CEO and VP of Ops for PODS via LinkedIn, and even they don't care to respond. I've been waiting for my POD to redelivered early morning. It's nearly 10am now and the Perris location where my POD is, is a 15 MINUTE drive to my daughter's house where it was supposed to be delivered today! Still on HOLD!Here's the first email to the CEO - NO RESPONSE LinkedIn MESSAGE TO CEO:Hi Kathy,I hope you're doing well. I'm a small business owner, and if my customers were being put through what I'm being put through at PODS, I'd want to know about it. No one deserves to be treated this poorly. Here's a quick summary, but if you want your assistant or VP of Ops to reach out to get the full story, my cell is 949-XXXXX. In short, I called PODS for two very simple questions. One is, how long after my POD is delivered to my new house do I have to unload it without incurring any additional costs? Secondly, how much is the delivery fee to my new home? After nearly 4 hours of conversations, being disconnected 3 times, (no one bothered to call me back) I've yet to get an answer to either, To top it off, I'm told that my POD which is sitting in your Perris, CA storage facility can't be delivered to my new home that is 15 MINUTES from that storage facility to Wildomar, CA. This has to be a JOKE?During those 4 hours I've asked to speak to a supervisor THREE times and have yet to hear from anyone! PLEASE, could you have someone who speaks English and lives in the United States contact me ASAP. I need to get this POD scheduled to be delivered to my my home. Thank you in advance for your help!Bob

I had quite the problem getting PODS to answer the phone last week when I started calling for a POD pickup. After 2 days of trying, being put on hold, I finally got through. Also posted my complaint on Yelp and someone from customer service promptly responded. Bottom line is Andre #49287 picked the POD up yesterday. He was extremely nice and very careful to ensure he didn’t cause damage to our property. Very good representative for your company. Thanks Andre for turning around my opinion of PODS. If the monthly billing charges are shut off in a timely manner, I may consider upgrading my rating from a 3 to a 4.
