Moved here in 2021. I haven't had any issues with roaches or maintenance repairs. Parking is okay. You do get 1 space with your unit but if you have 2 cars you have to park on the back wall. There are also parking spaces available to rent for $50. Which I think is reasonable, my last apartment charged $150 a month for an extra space. I've seen cars get towed but only people who don't listen and park in the red zone or in handicap with no placard. My neighbor is cool too. He has been here way longer than me though 15 years. Manager has always been nice to me. Same person since I've been here.

This is falls advertisement. This complex is infested with roaches and mold if you disid to check them out don't let the new paint fool you people tend to move in and move out right after and leave their furniture behind if nobody believes it just take a look in the trash can area I know this because I have family that lives there ?

Joel was great he came in and installed our new faucet in our apartment in less than 10 mins.. the service was great !

This place isnt what it appears to be most people that move in end up moving and their furniture ends up in the dumpster. This apartment complex is infested with roaches and black mold.I noticed their rent at this place went up about $100 or so must be all the cover up there doing this place is a joke this place even sells their parking spaces yes you have to purchase a parking spot very strict rules but it seems like half of the vehicles in the complex don't even have parking permits but yet take her into tow your car if you park anywhere complex besides a parking spot ???? just keeping it ???? for those who plans on moving in this Paradise of apartments????.....
