I took a dress shirt in one week ago to have altered. I picked it up today and could tell by looking at it that it was way too short. They basically turned a men's large shirt into a boys shirt. the sleeves are about 5 to 6 inches longer than the shirt. I tried it on to show him and he agreed it was too short. However, he wouldn't take responsibility and said that's what I asked for. I told him that wasn't what I asked for and reminded him that I tried it on to show him what I wanted. I told him they ruined a $100 shirt and he said it didn't matter if it was $100 or $1000, thats what "I" wanted. I obviously did not ask for a hem that short and he refused to take responsiblity. I even had to argue to have him drop the charge for the alteration. This review would be 0 stars if possible.

Fair prices, decent service, they don't always follow their business hours like today, and another time a few months ago. Today is Saturday, I arrived at 230 and they were closed, says they close at 4pm. Lesson learned, I will call before I drive there on a weekend. I usually drop off/pic up during the week no issues.

I took my sheriff’s uniform in for alterations and when I was fitted the fit great. When I picked them up and tried the shirt on the sleeves were way to short and not what we agreed on at all. When I took the shirt back and told them this was unacceptable they just told me well you said yes. When I told him yes I did but not at the length it is I demanded a refund or cost of the uniform shirt he told me no and said you said yes. 10/10 don’t recommend using them for anything.Service: Alterations

They ruined my prom dress during dry cleaning and refused to take any responsibilities! Worst place ever. The owner was rude and aggressive!! Go anywhere else but here. They charged me $60 for hemming because it was a "wide train" at the bottom and another $25 for dry cleaning. It's a halter top dress and when I got it back the halter part was all wrinkled and I think there are some threads exposed. It was a brand new dress that was bought with a slight stain (hence the dry cleaning) and it came back looking worse than it did originally. For the price I paid, I expect quality work done.

Took my daughter's brand new prom dress to get it hemmed and dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up, the top was ruined and all wrinkled. First the man said it was the glue in the dress that came undone. Then the woman said "It is a second hand dress, what do you expect." I told them it was a brand new $200 dress then the woman proceeded to press it with an iron. She insisted it is fine, the wrinkles can come out but the dress looked the same. Then she told me I had to pay for this service that ruined the dress and aggressively yanked the dress back when I questioned why I needed to pay for their "service". I asked her what I should do about this dress and she said "it is not my problem. You talk to the manufacturer ". The dress had the tag on when it went there but not any more so there is no way for me to do that. She took the money and gave me the dress in a torn plastic wrap. They only care about money, don't take any responsibility when things go wrong, don't try to make their customer happy or do the right thing. Never want anything to do with them ever again. Terrible place terrible people.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is so kind and efficient. I have taken a couple of things to be tailored and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend.

I took my suits in for dry cleaning services. I wear suits for work everyday so I needed at least one of them on same day. The owner (I think she was the owner) offered to get all 4 of them done on same day along with 6 of my dress shirts. Great service! I don't live in Riverside but since my work is close by I'll keep coming to this place.

Friendly and courteous staff. They always remember my name and have my account pulled up before I even talk to them. I noticed them do that to a lot of their loyal customers. Clothes go in dirty and come out very clean. I alter my pants here too because it’s done very professionally. They can even clean my leather jacket. I recommend this place to everyone.
