Literally 5/5, no 10/5, stars for Platinum. Anything you could imagine and even some stuff you couldn't. But it's AJ, an employee, that really ties the store together. Want to test a bong you're interested in and that terp slurp you want? He'll fill it up with the perfect amount of water to show its function. And lastly, their prices are amazing. For example, Rodeo was selling the new aleaf nectar collector for 120, while Platinum had the same ones for 60 (that's the same price as aleaf sells them for on their site). Do I need to say more?

this is my new go-to. There's at least one guy there that knows the stuff inside and out (I haven't interacted with anyone else yet so the other employees may know their stuff too) and it didn't feel like he was just trying to dump the most expensive things on me. He asked questions and made sensible recommendations on a tank and salt nic that I was very pleased with. If anyone asks me if there's a smoke/vape shop close by, I will be recommending them to this place.

Absolutely love this shop. I go here over a couple other mega shops with larger inventory because I know the customer service at Platinum Smoke is excellent. I always see the same guy there (I'm guessing he's the owner), he's very knowledgeable and friendly, just seems like a really cool dude. He's friendly and not the pushy/rude types you find elsewhere. And the store is clean and well lit. Don't sleep on this shop. I highly recommend.

Walked into this place expecting yet another hole in the wall shop, but WOW!! Cleanest most spacious I've ever experienced. Had a short Vape liquid shopping list, and the selections were a bit limited, but the sales guy mentioned their store in Ontario was better stocked. Every display was exceptional. Loads of eye candy!!

This is a great store. All the employees are very kind, courteous and professional. They are very open to any questions a customer may have. They're all very knowledgeable about their products. The store has so many different things, you can find ANYTHING. I shop here on a regular basis. They've even held onto items that they might have been out of on a previous visit, just in case I returned, which I did, of course!

Great selection. Attendant in store was very polite & helpful. Prices are equal to that of any other smoke shop. Will be shopping here again & again.
