Horrible place to go and very unprofessional workers there, 3 times times since they mess up my order I don’t know why it so hard to get it right the first time , try returning it today and the lady started arguing with me in front of everyone that it couldn’t be return, highly recommend not coming here go to Cardenas instead they will get your order right the first time !….. of course the maza was bad and still can’t get the order right on the first time, even on third time you guys kept messing up my order instead of defending the workers make sure “THEY DONT MESS UP THE ORDERS ANYMORE” like I said go to Cardenas way better then this dummy’s !

As a business owner, this place is ridiculous they sell you old products and can't accept the reality, no worries since you guys didn't want to return this nasty dough I just filed a dispute with my bank "BEWARE PEOPLE STAY AWAY SCAM ARTIST!! Rude people, tell the owner, stop being greedy and improve his store.

Hi Two days ago, I bought meat from your store and it was nasty . I did not check well, and I think you are better than that. Also, in cooking, it gave off a bad smell and I threw them away. The store is not dirty, but the customers are stupid and do not know anything. You must search for what you want to buy. Don't try this shop

It is a Market. Very small. Fresh vegetables. Cold beer. Street is all torn up right now, by Edison or the cable people. Whoever patched up the asphalt did a lumpy job. The market must be losing money right and left. I still find a way up the hill. Best ice in the neighborhood (if you are using it in beverages). Probably helps if you speak Spanish. I don't. I know how to find the beer tho. Recycling at the back of parking lot.

Honestly not a bad market but just be cautious on what you buy, a lot of it is soon to be expired, or just a week or 2 away. I have come here whenever I needed something small. Last time, I bought some cake frosting was the very first ones on the shelf that just just been stocked and it ended up being 2 months expired.

If you are Asian, I would suggest that you do not go here or even think about supporting this establishment. This store caters to the Hispanic community and probably ONLY to the Hispanic community. If you are Asian, black, or maybe even white, they won't take kindly to you being in their store and they will probably treat you like how they treated me. I was here with a Mexican friend to get some quick supplies and groceries for his party. We could have gone to Stater Bros or even to the Walmart Neighborhood Market down on Limonite but we decided to stop by this place because it was close to his house and it was convenient. I don't know why but the checkout girl felt the need to ask my friend, in Spanish, if the "Chinito" was with him and what is the "Chinito" doing in the store. My friend was shocked by her question so he just said, "What?" in English to her. She proceeded to ask him again in Spanish except she didn't know that I understood her every word because I can also speak Spanish! I didn't say anything and my friend didn't say anything else back to her. He just shook his head at her and she suddenly spoke English to him to let him know what his total was. He paid and we just left. I don't know what her issue is considering the fact that I don't know her nor did I exchange any words with her but it was a very awkward situation and she was clearly racist. Perez Market, please do better.

For a small mexican market this place is very clean and well stocked. Also it smells pleasant, most mexican markets can have a certain funk from their meat department but i got none of that here. Easy to navigate aisles and friendly cashiers

First time visiting this location and it won't be my last! Good selection of Mexican candy, the sweet bread looked delicious and what a wonderful assortment of baked goods and cakes. I like that they have individual slices boxed and ready to go!It's a regular bodega, organized and pretty large for it's neighborhood location.I'll be returning!Oh yeah, they had cute little single serving raspadas in their freezer coolers!
