John is quick to reply to my call. He looked up my broken TV and it would cost a ton. So, I decided to junk it. He gave me a number to a reliable E waste service. He too replied to my call and will pick up my broken TV in a few days. An Honest, fast, reliable service man. I highly recommend this business. Thanks John

Found him here Yelp and immediately gave us an answer to the green hue on our huge mitsubishi projection tv. There is no fix as there are no more parts sadly or rare to find. He is an authorized repair dealer for this maker who stopped making tvs years ago unfortunately.With this we took him at his word and he offered some advice in purchasing a new tv not to buy anything that has Q in the front of the model. So anyone who wants a free 92" Mits projection tv can have it for parts? Is what he suggested. We appreciated the honesty and straightforwardness to our problem.

John, just save me a lot of money and a lot of trouble. I called him with a problem with my TV. He took the time to speak to me on the phone and troubleshoot my problem and wala, my tv is fixed. I didn’t know people like him still existed. Thank you, John!!!!

The best service Technician fix my TV and even recommended a box switcher and took the time to order and pay for up front Came back and installed save money from buying a new tv. Highly recommended

Amazing service and response time. I called and was able to understand what the issue was with my TV and was given the parts to order and within a day my TV was good as new!! They were priced well and saved me some money from having to buy a whole new TV. I will definitely recommend and go to them if I need any help. They also were transparent and I did not feel like I was getting told something else was wrong with my TV. Top notch quality service!!

Was having a problem with my tv screen going black and green on button flashing red.I called John with Pat's TV Repair. He came to my house and let me know that due to my TV'S age that parts needed were no longer available. Although it has a great picture it's not fixable.? John is a great guy and not out to cheat people. Unfortunately I'm going. to have to look for a new TV. Thanks u kindly.

My screen on tv kept going black and tv on button was flashing red. Called John and he cleaned the insides and now it's working perfectly. John had said maybe it was the end of the line for it ( he's very honest). Its been doing great. John is the guy! Thanks John! And his price was extremely reasonable.

I was having issues with my TV. I have a 65" Sharp Aquos that could turn on but didn't display anything. Couldn't turn off either. I thought it was a lamp problem but didn't even have a lamp lol. Thought I fried it. Was thinking about buying a new TV but a 5 minute phone call diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Didn't charge me anything. Much appreciated and thank you.

Called to get a quote for service on my tv he gave me some advice as to where to get my parts so I can save $. Called me back in 5 minutes after I talked to him and told me to do some troubleshooting over the phone and saved me 700$ thanks Pat! Was happy as F*#k
