John is quick to reply to my call. He looked up my broken TV and it would cost a ton. So, I decided to junk it. He gave me a number to a reliable E waste service. John, just save me a lot of money and a lot of trouble. I called him with a problem with my TV. He took the time to speak to me on the phone and troubleshoot my problem and wala, my tv is fixed. I didn’t know people like him still existed. Thank you, John!!!!
