Prices are higher then other. Will not price match defenetly. Return policy is one of the worst. I will shop here only if I have no option. This will be my last option to shop from.

The wait is always so long with just one person infront of me but pricing is very competitive. Employees are helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Guess its worth the wait.

I have literally been in the store for past 40 min with only 1 other customer and not once have i even been noticed or helped .... 2 other employees just sitting on the computer anyway didnt have the part i needed in stock . aside from that customer service deserves 0 STARS

It's unfortunate that Parts Authority could not give back a refund when I was unable to receive my product when promised it would be there. This was Saturday and ask for a refund, they were unable to process a refund so they voided the transaction l now I have to wait for the manager to get approval. Now a days you should get a refund if you don't receive your part the day you request it. Bad business. I also found the part cheaper at Auto Zone with a life time warranty.
