I took two pants to get hem from the bottom cause they were too long. One of them was uneven and when I went back to request that she fix the issue, she gave me a frustrating dumb face, like I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked if I would try it on to show her, she seemed even more bothered that I am wasting more of her time. With attitude she told me to go back the next day for pick up but didn't provide me with a receipt nor proof that I left my pants there. Overall poor service, felt super uncomfortable.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I got a full suit and shirt dry cleaned. The woman in the front greeted me warmly and immediately started taping areas that needed extra detail. I planned to pick it up after a week but I was late a couple of days. It looked great when I picked it up. The price is fair. I plan to come here for more services.

Palm has consistently helped me keep my business man image intact: Short hair that doesn't change in the wind, shaved face most of the time, and starched dress shirts. The sweet lady at Palm and her husband toil together in the heat of the store so I can look good (well, you know). Nice to see them, and they always remember me. Good because I never remember my ticket. Plus Uncle Fluffy is next door...all the more reason to stop here!

Not even worth going here. Very rude customer service. My clothes don't even smell clean. Waste of money. I guess you get what you pay for here.

Customer service was not it, lady in the front was rude. I would rather go the distant and choose another dry cleaning

Came in to get my pants altered and the lady turned me down because there was lint on my pants and considered "dirty". isn't that the point of going to the cleaners?

I went in looking to get my sofa covers sewn up. I would normally take my dry cleaning to Sam's close to my house but since he doesn't do alterations so I decided to try them. The lady charged me $20 dollars which I thought was ok. Once I picked them up 2 days later I knew something was wrong because she didn't show me how she fixed it. So as I looked it over I noticed that it was not sewn correctly. Looked more like a hand job instead of machine. So I asked the lady can she fix it and she start talking and yelling about in another language other the. English and I told her I payed for them to get sewn so that's what I want. She was then rude again telling me I need to do it myself. DO NOT GO HERE! Drive the distance for better customer service and a job well done!

First time I tried this cleaners super nice and I thought prices were reasonable and they did have the clothing ready when I picked up two days later. Definitely found my cleaners here.

I've gone to this place twice already for both cleaning and alterations and they've been very helpful! Prices are reasonable and quality and customer service have been great! Quick and easy!

I went to this dry cleaner to get a jacket altered that I found online. When I got there, the lady greeted me and asked what I need done. Her English was limited, but she understood my request. The price of the alteration ($24) made me feel a bit uneasy but I took a gamble; I'm so glad I did! They did am amazing job on my jacket. I Will be going back for any alteration needs!! You can't tell if it was altered or not

Even if they could miraculously restore your vintage clothing back to pristine condition, you should morally abstain from this place. The man and the woman that run it are nasty, arrogant and the 'in your face' kind of rude! Called for a price range on a pea coat and got the rudest, loudest creep demanding I bring it in. I thought I'm going to Ross anyway, so I did. A woman greeted me with, "what do you want"! I explained I wanted a quote for this pea coat. She looked at it with sheer disgust and said $24. Nasty, nasty people. P.s. got it done at Irish for $10
