This store has the most awful refund policy I’ve ever seen. I was promised by one of their employees that I could get a full refund if I bought the wrong shoe size for my friend so I bought it. Then, later I found out that the shoe size is wrong so I went back for a full refund. The manager there tells me they don’t do money back refund whatsoever. So I basically was lied by the employee and now I’m stuck with $200 their store credit, cringe shenanigans.

Service was not the best. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. The sticker price said $64.99. When it was time to check out there was another 2 customers standing at the checkout so when the person helping me rang me up, i just kind of slid through the other 2 people to get to the counter and tap my card to pay. Well, i didn't look at the price until the next day when I opened up the shoes and the receipt was in there and see i was charged $74.99. The shoes were too narrow for my daughter. So i took the shoes back the next morning. Literally not even 24 hours later, and the first question i was asked was "did no one tell you about the return policy?" so i already knew there was going to be a problem. Then i asked why i was charged $10 more than what the sticker price was and was told that the $64.99 price was for kids sizes up to a size 10, but sizes 11 and 12 are more expensive. WHAT? The shoe i took was literally the floor model shoe! why would you label the floor model shoe with the incorrect price?? Then i come on here and see everyone seems to have the same problem. The only reasonable explanation is that you are all purposely being shady and not expressing the policy. I would NEVER buy my 5 year old daughter shoes knowing i could not return them if they did not fit her properly. Especially shoes for $70!! I begrudgingly took the store credit as i was left with no option...but i am going to keep calling until someone gives me a refund, because i will NOT support this store.

Do not shop here, under any circumstances.Prices are DOUBLE, than what the shoes go for online.

909-965-3464 is their office number! Horrible customer relations! I loyally spent over $400 for some Jordan's. They couldn't even help give me proof of purchase like a receipt. My sons shoes got stolen, unfortunately, and the company would not issue me a receipt (since I had lost it by then) so that my credit card company could refund me the stolen property.

If I could give this store a zero I would! They are way over priced and they know it, that's probably why they don't accept refunds.. don't shop there, journeys Is three stores down and way Cheaper. Let this be your very last stop as you will surely find the shoe way cheaper in another store.

I bought some shoes for my husband for Father's Day and they weren't the right ones he wanted and went back to get a refund my money back and they told me no refunds only store credit or exchange. I told the worker are you kidding me why did you guys sell me the shoes and didn't say nothing about no refunds and he said I'm sorry it's on your receipt why wouldn't they tell you before you purchase shoes so sad. I will never go and buy shoes there ever again bad customer service... DO NOT GO IN THAT STORE!!! Don't waste your time!!

Man I am a kid and I was so happy to by my first Jordan's. I bought the Jordan three's cardinal reds I was so happy. Then I came home to check if they were real and they were completely fake I went back to the store and they said I could not get my money back so I don't know what to due.

Store needs a better return policy. For one they offer no way of searching for a receipt in due case that you lose it. Secondly they didn’t have the product that I wanted nor do they offer to order the item online. You are stuck with a store credit for an item that is not in stock. I can say that I will never purchase here again.

if i could give zero stars i would. first of all, i was talking to a worker about wanting to exchange a sweater i was given as a christmas gift for a size that fit me which i was then told that bc there was no sku code sticker on the sweater, an exchange wouldn't be possible. i talked to corporate and was told to tell the store workers to find another sweater of the same kind and use that sku code to look up the price. the worker i was on the phone with then went and found the exact sweater then proceeded to say " turns out there's no sku codes on the sweaters in store either" ??????? if that's the case i have no idea how people are checking out these sweaters if the ones in store also dont have sku codes. it doesn't make sense. save yourself the trouble and headache and shop somewhere else where they have a return policy and oh u know the sku codes to purchase and exchange stuff LMAOOO

This store is WACK! Everything from the selection of shoes, return policy to customer service, and way overpriced. The authenticy of the merchandise is even questionable in my opinion. I will never shop here again.

i used to work here and I can tell you this, all their shoe are fake and you guys are being scam without being knowing, I deserve way better then that job, i was better then all the employees till they got jealous about it, I was 100% with customer this place is a joke and I prefer you guys buying from goat only not here or kore all fake shoes and I seen it with my own eyes
