Terrible customer service. A lady named Anna was not able to help me when I asked for management even though there was definitely other management at the bank because there was five people sitting around and said that she was the manager and refused to give me anybody else. I had multiple forms of ID on me and simply wanted to make a cash deposit and she would not accommodate me. I would not recommend this bank and I would recommend Ana even less

I was only here once at Bank of America in Riverside to help my Mom deposit a check. The line was so long and there was limited staff. I almost left, but I had to deposit the check same day and I didn't want to look for another branch as I was on a time crunch. Anyway, when I got up to the window after 30 mins of waiting, bank teller was very swift in completing my transaction. Thank you! I probably won't be back to this branch ever again unless I happen to be volunteering at Feeding America Riverside and my Mom needs me to help her with a future banking transaction on same day. What is the coincidence of that happening? You never know with my Mom... anything is possible LOL. So I may be back...

This bank would not allow me to redeem a US Savings Bond Series I. Yes, I do have an account. They try to explain it away saying they can't distinguish fake from real ones.

They are smug and rude I would never come to the bank for anything again I've been banking with B of a since I was 16 years old I paid the painter $7500 they told the painter it would take 7 to 10 days to go into his account it came out of my account and then it came back in my account and they never put it in his account The poor Painter could not pay his people or his bills, and he also had a B of a account Service is very poor they tell you to call the 800 number so you can talk to somebody in a different country who could care less what happens time to move banks I've been with this bank for almost 50 years !! I have the same bank account since I was 16 time to go

I don't go inside a bank much anymore, but we needed quarters to do laundry..I waited 55 minutes in line..I noticed lots of suits sitting in cubicles, but only two tellers??..they have five windows ...so I get to the window and ask for ten rolls of quarters, I was told I can only have two..glad I got there when I did because the line had expanded the length of the outside..piss poor customer service

The service on all physical locations has deteriorated over the years, but specially this location, the wait time for simple things such as resetting a pin # on a card is a 2 hour wait, Ana the assistant manager could not assist me and gives the option to call the 800 number, I called the # waited for another hour for them to tell me Pin # will be sent by mail in 5 -7 days. There's no longer a merchant assigned line, wait time is terrible, I see no benefit of having a business account with this bank.

Wasted time in the slowest fricken line to be told that they don't have quarters. A bank that doesn't have coins.

Only one teller, security in the front ask you what you are there for and is rude about it. I will close all my accounts and move to a bank that can actually operate.

The security guard was asking personal information outside while I was waiting in line and got upset with me when I decided to go in the branch and confirm the information with a manager. I then asked to speak to the manager Daniel but he was not able to help me out due to the amount of people there. I had transferred from one account to the other in the past and he told me he would not be able to help me out that day. I told him in the past at this branch it was done and he didn't even look at my account to see if it was possible. He also attended me in front of everyone Instead of taking me to the side to found out what was the problem. Everything was handled very unprofessional. Regardless of the results which I understand sometimes certain things aren't possible the way he went about it was uncalled for. I recommend Daniel takes a course in management at Rcc!

It's only 3 tellers at the window during lunch time and the line is long near the door. Don't ever come here on your lunch break. The customer service sucks. I asked if they could open another window the lady said no. What kind of service is this?

Every time I have been here there is an hour wait long for a teller with only 2 tellers working during the lunch hour. With all other locations being closed they need to have more tellers.

I am so thankful that this bank is NOT my bank. I am with a friend who banks with this institution. We have been waiting more than 20 minutes to see a bank teller. Terrible customer service.

We've had many problems lately with Bank of America branches being unexpectedly closed and who won't put their bank hours on the telephone recording, instead telling you to go online to find out what the hours are. Well my mother doesn't have a computer! So we went to this branch today at 3:45 PM and it was CLOSED! There were people outside trying to get in very upset it closed EARLY. Even the sign on the door said open until 4 PM. Already pulled out most of our money. Time to change banks.

This bank is ridiculous long lines and only one teller available. I'm probably here at the most busiest time 1pm you would think management would have the common sense to staff appropriately. Don't even bother coming might as well bank somewhere else which is what I will do after these consistently horrible experiences..

Line out the door, 2 teller windows open. 1 teller having "Social Hour" with customer. Every person waiting in line commenting how annoying it is to wait in line waiting for that particular customer and teller to finish their conversation. I'm next in line but waiting almost 10 minutes until I get called up to window. I ask the banker with mobile tablet asking people in line what they are here for why the 4-5 other bankers behind the bullet proof glass aren't helping with the line and he tells me they don't have "cash access." I finally get to window and ask teller for all 100's and he tells me he's limited. I had just seen him holding a stack of 100's bigger than you can fit in your hand go into his drawer.. Rather than argue,, i get mix of 100's, 50's and 20's. Very Annoying experience altogether. Avoid this branch completely unless you like this type of treatment..otherwise be warned because.. I TOLD YOU SO
