“I am from way out of town and placed a deli order over the phone to be picked up on my way to a party. Unfortunately my order was not found. Although the team did all they could to locate my order and even call people at home to see if it may have been misplaced, it was definitely missing. Out of nowhere the manager Dylan came to the rescue and without missing a beat took charge of the situation. They were going to make my order right away. He offered my child and I some Starbucks refreshments and he put on a hair net to assist the deli in making my order. He did not have to do that, but he knew that this order was for an event. I value traditional customer service and made sure to tell everyone at the event how amazing Dylan at vons was!”

“I've only been coming here for a few weeks, but I have had good experiences so far every time. There is one staff member at the pharmacy in particular whose name I wish I'd thought to get, who has just been so sweet with me. They worked hard to correct an issue I had with Walgreens, and this particular staff member took time with me to ask me questions about my medication and provided information I needed about it with empathy and patience. The next time I came in she remembered me and asked me how I was doing with the new medication and is just generally great, I always feel relieved when I see her working. She seems to really care about her customers. They've been great about all my many meds being transferred to them, and when my items have had to be ordered as they're not usually stocked, they've come in quickly without a hassle. I'll be staying with them assuming nothing changes.”
