It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I would feel terrible if this happened to anyone else in my situation. I would warn anybody dealing with any car transmission issues NOT to go to this shop under any circumstances. I brought in my vehicle on a Tuesday (via tow) after a few hours I get a call from the shop telling me it would be $2k+ to repair, unfortunately, I had no choice, I paid IN CASH, a week later car was ready, or so they tell me, I go to pick up the car, it drives home just fine, then the next day, transmission goes out once again, I call the shop and they refuse to pay for my tow to bring it back claiming the warranty doesn’t cover tow charges, (under the California Bureau of Auto Repair a shop is supposed to pay for the tow if the failure is due to that shop’s “repair” in this case, the failed transmission that was replaced) so anyways, I pay for the tow because the transmission was under 3 month warranty, the next day a tech from the shop calls me and says “there’s nothing weong with the transmission, we reset the ECU and it’s working properly” so I go pick up the vehicle the next Monday, it drives fine on the way back home and, yes, you guessed it, the very next morning, WHO WOULD’VE THOUGHT transmission gives out ONCE AGAIN. Now I don’t ask for much, if I’m paying you upwards of 2 thousand dollars, all I ask is that you repair the vehicle, if you’re unable to, that’s okay, just give me my money that I work my a** off for back. I call the shop, by this point I had spent so much on the tows and the rental cars that I couldn’t afford to tow the vehicle back to the shop, and of course the shop refused to pay for my tow, due to THEIR INCOMPETENCE. Then get this, the shop offers me $2k for the car. Yes, I paid this shop $2.5k to fix the transmission, they didn’t, and now they offer me $2k to buy the vehicle completely. You know what that is? That’s called a scam. That’s me GIVING THEM $500 to take this car off my hands and leave me without any mode of transportation. I tell the tech to just give me my $2,500 back and he tells me “it’s not that simple, it’s a process”. A PROCESS? I paid you IN CASH, the process should be, go into your little register, get my cash out and give it back to me. But NO. 2 weeks later here I am with a car that doesn’t run because this transmission shop was negligent and incompetent. So to reiterate, to anyone having transmission problems, stay the hell away from this place. You’re better off literally going anywhere, ANYWHERE.

411.This place doesn't fix transmission, they go for the bigger money. The go fo rebuilding transmission, rather than fixing the transmission (hard shifting,turned to a rebuild). This place rebuilt my transmission twice in less than four years!I was happy the first rebuild, but the second time was almost twice the money!! My fault for approving the second time.Always get a second opinion.I have a fleet of cars and i don't trust this place to service my cars.

Don't waste your money on this place... Had my Honda Odyssey transmission, and axle replaced and now it's grinding and driving all over the place and they are telling me it's my Rack and Pinion, and it needs a tune up.. The mechanic who drove it with me didn't know what to say when he heard it grinding, he was full of excuses. Vicki is the worst. Gets an attitude if you question their work... The van is actually scary to drive now... I'm really bummed with their quality of work and their attitude when asking for them to please check it out.. I've brought it back 2 times now... If they don't want to take the time to check everything out, they're definitely going to take the time to go to Court... I don't play games... Ask JVCH!..They better answer this message, or they will be in Court... Guaranteed...Look up Blakely Law Office, Chino Hills... That's family!!Service: Transmission
