i am so appreciative of the generosity of the staff here at Mission Inn Lofts. Lena, Samantha, and Hailey are so creative with the festivities and celebrations, like today, they provided a wide variety of free pies for us residents to enjoy in honor of pi day! This is just one of the many reasons i enjoy living here.

My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years!We can both say we are pleased with our stay. The leasing office was upfront during the application process, the maintenance team is extremely friendly and we see them cleaning the complex daily. This is truly a luxury apartment.The rate is on the pricier end however the experience come with so many valuable amenities. You're right next to downtown, close to freeways entrances and the entire complex is gate protected, making it impossible for danger to enter.Though I must mention that the walls aren't as sound proof. We hear every door shut in the hallways, the neighbors movement upstairs and the train goes by often. We've gotten accustomed to these things so if you can too, come live happy at mission lofts!

Amazing staff, great building, amenities.I have lived at these apartments for a while now, and i can safely it’s a great place to call home.The highlight of staying here is the apartment staff/management team, they’re great people and super attentive to requests and concerns, and it’s honestly been the biggest part of me staying here as long as I have. I’ve lived at other apartments where management can unfortunately make the experience a hassle.The apartment building itself is still pretty new and feels that way, and having a delivery locker and in unit washing/drying is a life saver. High unit ceilings, and a nice gym are also a plus, on top of assigned parking.One caveat: if you’re really allergic to urban noise this may not be the place for you, since it is close to downtown and train tracks. BUT I also have to say that my unit feels like it muffles outside sounds really well and sounds from neighbors rarely register at all.All in all, a great place I can recommend to almost anyone!

Been living here now about 2 years, its a decent apartment living. Pros and cons below:Pros:Can walk to downtown riversideMetrolink accessLaundry in unitsBrand new unitsGym is modern with plenty of workout gearPool and jacuzzi are greatParking is decent with permits after 10pmGame room is decentManagement is always niceCons:Neighbors are usually loud and walls are thinDoor mats can get stolenPeople bump music from there cars while parking at all times of the nightStreets surrounding apartments can get loud due to racing and burnoutsTrain can be annoying at times due to horn crossingPeople who have pets dont clean up after themDrug addicts can sometimes walk thru parkingHot water sometimes has issues

I've been living here at mission lofts for 2 years now. This experience has been horrible. We can't live in peace. Every month they do fire alarm testing and the water is always being shut off. With the alarm testing going off I have to call off of work so my dogs aren't home with the alarms so loud going off throughout the apartment. Very inconvenient. My husband used to work from home but with all the water outages and the alarm testing he was forced to go back into work due to the apartments having all these issues. After 7pm there is no hot water. Not dog friendly. Not work from home friendly. The only thing good about the apartments is the maintenance man Jose!! He is awesome

Jose in maintenance is amazing. Helps after hours and is really kind. Great community to be in especially when you know that there's someone around to help after hours. Also he's very easy to get along with. Glad to stay here

Management is horrible. They swindled me out of a new rug cost for moving out. They went in and spilled a liquid on the carpet. During the walkthrough it wasn't noted because nothing was there, obviously. The old management was truly amazing back in 2020-2021. Took care of you and went above and beyond.Despite the horrendous management of the property, it is nice to be near downtown and within walking distance of many great eateries and grocery stores.

I've lived here for five months, and have only had excellent experiences with maintenance and management. Jose in maintenance is extremely responsive and helpful; my AC went out this morning during the heatpocalypse and he made sure it was fixed that same day. I've worked with him on at least three other occasions for various things, and every time he's been kind, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Front office staff are great and easy to talk to. Very responsive over email. I'm really glad I decided to live here.

The trains come during the day and the night and this place is not nearly as sound proof as they say it is. You will have an extremely hard time hanging curtains and they charge a lot for trash -- my pet rent was cheaper at my last place than what they charge for trash and you pay twice per month for it. I have no idea how the price of trash fluctuates when I take it out my myself. This isnt the worse place, but it could be quieter.

I recently transferred from the 3900 apartments to mission lofts and let me tell you it has been an amazing experience thanks to lena, samantha and jose they’ve really made my life a lot easier and living here is great!

Been here for a couple years, Lena is great I had the privilege to see her move up to management she’s always on top of things. We won tickets to a basketball game recently that her and Samantha put together and we had a blast! Looking forward to another donut day!
