John from maintenance is fantastic. Within a few hours of putting in a request for our garbage disposal he came in and changed it quickly. He works very fast and was friendly and was very nice to my curious daughter.

Front office never answers calls.. .We broke our lease early paid the fees... Got a final notice of over $1,300 for move put... Charging cleaning fees and late charges.. Apartment was nice... But be careful before moving in..There is no security... Car was broken into and a car was illegally towed...Apartment maintence manager will do nothing for you. The maintence workers are great ppl..

My family and I lived there for a year and after the year lease, they started the charge us for the most random reasons. They attempted to charge us $800 and said that the carpet was messed up and that the paint was bad however it was just my parents, myself (a college student), and my grandma. In addition to that, my dad took videos and photos the last day we had the apartment and we showed them. They took the charge off and went to a collector and told them we owe $200 for trying to switch apartments (which we did). But we didn't even sign any papers in the end! It was something we took to the office and we didn't even go through with switching. And they are still trying to get us to pay $200. These apartments are money grabbers and selfish... DO NOT recommend!!!!

Too many homeless people, alot of unsafe things taking place at night. The grounds are dirty, just about everyone I talk to has roaches and we can see them in the cemet while walking around. They raised the trash again 65.00 bucks rediculous! It you do the math 65×438 units = 28, 470 total they are paying for trash. I don't believe waste management is charging over 28,000 for trash. Mission Grive has to be getting a cut. I feel sorry for office staff too if you do real estate look at how much greystar is making off us peasants - it's millions of dollars and their poor office staff is probably getting paid pennies to work.

Mission Grove park was my home for many many years. unfortunately, because Rose, the property manager, rejected my rental assistance, I am now on the streets with an eviction on my record. I will never understand why ste denied my rental assistance, but I know she was upset with me ever since I called fair housing regarding mold. heartless people that work there and joseph is a complete jerk. do not rent here! They don't deserve your money and apparently, in my situation, they didn't want my money. Im not letting it stop here, I have a lawyer.

I lived in the mission grove park apartments for a total of 18 years. Never had any issues until 2020 when Covid hit. I had a severe case, was taken out of work, permanently due to complications and now having 2 surgeries next week, but I was still paying my rent every month. Until I got sick again, and couldn’t. I spent many sleepless nights and made many phone calls looking for rental assistance. I found a couple places that approved me for the help, and when it got to the landlord, Rose Lee, she denied it. She refused to accept the assistance. She still continued to put notices on my door. I told her I have 8 months of rent paid, in your face, why aren’t your signing your part? She said “we are no longer required to participate in any rental assistance programs” and she evicted me. Here I am, literally homeless. After 18 years, because she didn’t feel like cooperating with my rental assistance. To say I’m devastated would be an understatement. I don’t think they realize what they’ve done to me. And Joseph, from the office, is nothing but an arrogant jerk who accuses you of breaking your garage door, even though I never touched it and provided proof of who did break it and it took him over 2 months to fix the lock on the garage. Resulting in my garage getting broken into many times. After making the third police report, the cop said “come down to the station, get copies of these reports, and sue them” that’s exactly what I’m doing, I had very valuable things in my garage, it shouldn’t have taken 2 months to fix it. I asked Rose for new carpet. The whole time I lived there, the carpet was never replaced. Her response was “it’s not in our budget, but I will get some estimates for you and if you want new carpet you have to pay out of your own pocket” tell me why she was sending me estimates a week before evicting me? Don’t chose this complex if you’re thinking about moving. I’ve never dealt with such heartless people in my life. I could still be there, in my home, in my bed, but because of their greediness, I have lost that. With no where to go, and having surgeries next week. Just don’t live here. You will regret it. Homeless people all around the complex, drug deals around every corner, break ins, and poor management. Take it from someone who lived there 18 years, please go find somewhere else to call home. This place is a joke.

Liars. They will not return your deposit back, no matter how perfect you return your apartment is. The rent increases are insane. After our first year of paying over $3000 for apartment + garage, it increased to over $3,500!! There are always tweakers and homeless who shower in the pools and pool showers. Not to mention the post lady told me she was robbed at gunpoint in the complex while front office didn't do anything. The office manager is so rude and she has no customer service skills.The guys in the office are friendly and try to be helpful.

We had an amazing tour by Artemiza she was very friendly and inviting we were able to tour the apartments we were interested in she answered all our questions we felt welcomed and well taken care of we’re very excited to move in

Artemiza Felix in the front office was a great help. I loved the apartment I saw. She made the tour quick and straightforward especially having to be in this heat. Glad, I had her to help with the application process as well. Can’t wait to move in!!

Viewed their 2 bedroom today and it was really nice and spacious, the rent is worth it, I applied immediately after the tour. The overall place seems nice too, i think my kids will love it here.
