Though I didn't get to buy my phone today there was a nice lady name Emily who was extremly patient and helpful today. I definetly will keep coming back she help direct me with the right information I needed I will be going back for a new phone soon but. Emily and Hugo have been extremly helpful I appericate them!

Excellent customer service from Hugo and Claudio. They are professional and helpful every single time you need assistance there has been multiple times where one or the other guy does there job well. Hugo is the real MVP!!! haha

Had trouble with phone connection and apps. Took to local store in Chino. They reset but still had problems. They refused to sell us a new phone or look up warranty. Told us to go back to where we purchased phone. Riverside store Hugo' fixed the phone within minutes double checked all setting and apps. We left very satisfied with his product knowledge and Customer Service' and will continue to use this location as our main store.

Came to the store right before 6PM to pay my bill and it was locked. Sign says they're open until 7PM but the girls inside we're yelling it's closed. So can someone please update the new store hours so I'm not lugging me and my baby to the store when it's already closed thinking it's open? Thanks.

I never had a problem with this store until it came to getting my iPhone exchanged under warranty!My iPhone broke- no water damage, didn't drop it, no cracks on the screen! It just stopped working. Luckily for me, I paid for insurance so I thought. So I come in, they check it out and tell me to come back in 3-5 business days! I was under the assumption I would get a replacement that day, but ok no problem! They give me a number to call and see if it's there. Called 3 days later and it wasn't there. Weekend passed, Labor Day passed and still no phone. Called the following day and it was finally there! Go in and they wanted me sign on to apple and remove my device. Couldn't figure out my password so I left home to figure it out.Ok no problem! Did that successfully and came back. So come back in the SAME DAY. The guy checks and claims the system is having a problem with exchanging iPhones. The guy takes my contact info and said we'll call you when it's fixed. Even though he apologized, I've been going with out a phone for almost 9/10 days. That's almost two weeks, half a month that I'm not using my phone and that I have to pay for service. It might be overreacting, but I use my phone to take personal and business calls, buyers contact me on that number and that's how I make money!!! No phone, no business, no money. It's complete b******** they didn't loan me a temporary phone. It's not my fault they're "system" is not working, I paid for insurance for a reason.

They only got one person working inside and the girl who's always outside with the sign needs a raise I remember she was outside last year when it was 120 degrees outside the hottest day on record for us. It's ridiculous they had her working that day.
