Manager here tried to rip me off a couple months ago.Straight up tried thieving me for beer money.When I called her on it she refused to give me back my money.She laughed and suggested I call the cops.When she I was about to do just that she suddenly and wisely gave me my money back.T-Mobile does not have a number or email where you can raise a complaint about treatment like this or else I would have let them know how she was doing business in their name.Evidently, T-Mobile doesn't care how their managers treat their customers, whether it is theft, bad service, or not honoring the deals they advertise.Best thing you can do is just avoid this location all together.

As a current employee of this employer on maternity leave, I like many other people had sent out random applications for better opportunities. It came to my attention from a background check in a statement, this employer is making false accusations and legal deflamation of character. I would never recommend working for this employer, ever. The employer does not comply with T-Mobile policies, sales of accessories are from after market unapproved accessories that he hides in the backroom microwave and fridge. I am requesting for T-Mobile to reach out to me directly before seeking an attorney as my job is under protection as I am on maternity leave. If I do not hear a response within a timely manner I will not only be the owner of this store, but will hold T-Mobile accountable for allowing deflamation of character.

I visited this store with my husband to upgrade our cellphones. First, there is a huge misinformation of prices. The employee told us that the price listed was the price we would pay for upgrading our phones, which was listed about $170 plus activation fee and tax. We were okay with that. Then they told us case and screen protector "is included". When we inspected the receipt after being charged, which came up to $280, the case and screen protector are charged each $30. When we asked about the extra charged AFTER the phones were set up and ready, they told us that "we sell the cellphones in a bundle, and that is the deal". If we didn't include the case and screen protector it would have been more than $300 and just the cellphone.I don't have a problem with the cost. I have a problem with communication and misinformation. I worked in both retail and other costumer service related jobs for over 15 years, I understand selling is a priority, but also costumers' satisfaction should be a priority. Do not missinform costumers and do not charge when items are said to be "included in the price first agreeed upon". I do not recommend this store, and while I try as much as possible to buy local to support our local business, next time, I will be purchasing online. And of course, I will be upgrading my phone in another 5 to 6 years because I can't stand the cellphone business industry!!
