From start to finish management and all the associates have been very attentive. We had a newly remodeled unit. It was a surprise how nice it was. It felt very homey.Maintenance was extremely friendly, but just had to reach out multiple times in a few cases but they got the job done.Only concern I had was the fact that there is no night time security.On top of that they are a little disorganized. Besides that there are many good things about this community.

This place is a scam, I went and applied and they pushed me to put down a $250 holding fee, they even offer 2 week of free rent and $99 deposit for an apartment which they later changed the price for and kept on adding fees. They said they will return the holding fee if you don’t qualify, but what they do is that they will qualify you conditionally, and then ask for a higher price. I kept calling because they were not sending a contract or calling back, until I went in person to find out their scam. On top of that the first time I was there I found out somebody was shot and killed at the gate, the second time I went to find out what was going on with my contract Police officers went into the office looking for one of the workers. And after seeing all of this I looked at all the other reviews to see my mistake, I don’t recommend even applying to this place.

There is only 1 open laundry mat on the premises. The other bigger room is closed indefinitely. The room that is open smells like piss. The machines stop working constantly. Right now there are no working dryers. The office told me to use the laundromat across the street.

Management sucks here. They literally refuse to fix things or if they do it, it is the cheapest way possible therefore, it will break again within a matter of months. The repair team has a little to no experience. So most of the time when things are getting repaired, it’ll take hours, or they will be unable to finish the job and they’ll have to hire an outside company to come in. There is roaches and water leaks in almost every building. There is no communication or follow through when it comes to the staff and management. We are given the runaround for any issues involving the property as they are promised to be fixed, but can take months to be resolved. There’s two sides to the complex, and it seems as if one side has more problems than the other, the children’s jungle gym is missing tons of bolts is completely unsafe and falling apart. Parking is horrendous and it is not family friendly, you have to pay for covered parking and there’s only 10 guest spots available outside of the apartment complex that is open till 5 PM without a pass or your car will be towed. This is a tow friendly complex tow trucks come in searching for any violation Like registration and repo and will tow your car even if you’re unloading in front of your apartment as it is a red zone. I do not suggest living here. It has been more of a headache and a nightmare since I moved in and the reviews and problems just continue to get worse. There’s homeless and tweakers that are able to jump the back walls from the shopping centers and break into cars. There is no security, and there is no security cameras. They allow you to have three vehicles, but only provide one key card If you would like another one for your vehicle, you’ll have to pay for it. Personally, my situation with my apartment all the problems started from our move-in and didn’t get resolved until two months later, me and my family were living in an unfinished apartment, and they claimed that it was remodeled. Was holes in the ceiling, tons of water damage appliances that didn’t work and cockroaches. It was devastating that we had rather stayed in a hotel than that apartment. And this was supposed to be a newly remodeled luxury apartment home. But since we had just spent all of our money, paying $3000 to live here we had no choice but to live in this terrible environment for two months. My neighbors have worse issues, so am happy that I had lesser of the problems. I cannot express to you that if I had the $4000 to break my lease agreement I would be out of here but until that time I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move from this place. This is such an emotionally devastating thing to get married, and have children and come in to live in your first apartment home together and go through this. My family did not deserve this. We asked for our first two months rent to be reimbursed as we still paid with all of the issues. But we basically got nothing back from them and there is already tons of lawsuits for these apartments and that’s probably gonna be your only way of getting your money back for this place. I have also heard that most people that move out of this apartments, do not receive their deposit back as promised.

Place is horrible and very discriminatory!Even though I made more than enough monthly to pay for rent they still gave me so much miscommunication and false information. When asked the manager Daniel for my refund of $250 he said he would do it and it will be in my account within 72 hours. Been almost a week and nothing and now he’s not available to speak when I call to ask for an update.Horrible. Nobody knows accurate information and Daniel claims he’s an expert and knows what he is doing with a bad attitude but when his supervisor was there he was kind.

If you like marijuana, this is the place!!!The administrators allow the apartments to share the smell of marijuana between the units in the building.Even if you don't smoke marijuana, your children don't. But you will wake up at 7 am with your apartment already smoked....Well, this is a reality and no matter how much we complain about it and register the incident through your tenant login, it doesn't matter because they close the call and delete the history.9/20/23 - 2 days later, another day with my children waking up to this damn smell!

I love this place. Outstanding management, spacious apartments and the leasing process is very easy. My girlfriend likes the apartment so much. Julieth and Shon are the best. They helped me a lot with leasing. It’s been a while here. No major issues came up. Highly recommended.

Lived here a couple years. At first it was great. But then it went down hill! Front gate always broken, homeless hanging out in front or walking looking in trash cans. Charge you for every little thing even trash valet service that doesn’t even pick up the trash at ur door. And i forgot to mention ROACHES. After we moved out we got charged for a two bedroom 2 bath so itMade us loose our deposit. Our unit was 2 bed 1 bath! We been waiting 3 months almost 4 to get our deposit back. Every time we call or go down it’s always next week next week.. They sure wanted to charge us a balance fast as heck or it Be sent to collections but to refund us is taking forever. I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore.. it’s a shame.
