He helped me try on a few sizes and was respectful when jackets potentially were too tight or not the right size. At the end of the day, I was able to purchase 4 jackets at a great price! “Honestly I live in Beaumont and customer service here is non existent and I rarely drive into town let alone this mall. I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Maddie. I asked for help I was searching for dragon ball stuff apparel and trading cards. She was SOOOOOOO FRIENDLY!!!!!! 5*** 10*** HONESTLY she was so kind to me and so respectfully I could cry. But seriously I Honor great customer service and hospitalilty . If you want this store to thrive promote this young lady to supervisor or manager she is amazing!!! She knows how to treat people and honestly I'd come back just because of her service . This young lady will excell in life for sure.

“Kian was the gentleman that trimmed my beard this was the first trim since I started my beard a couple of weeks ago and the place in the Tyler mall is set up very nice and professional! As I entered, I was greeted and taken in as my appointment was at 5:15 pm Kian asked how I would like it trimmed I told him your the professional I trust you, he did a perfect job to where it I appreciate how it looks like on me!! “Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! “The store was Nice and clean. They had the shirts I wanted. See a picture below. The cashier was friendly.
But my only issue was I returned five shirts to my Kohl's charge that didn't fit, yet on my receipt it has a different credit card number on it that is clearly not mine and of course I never received the credit on my account so that's a little disconcerting. I wonder who card she scanned for the credit, well somebody's getting $175 on their card and sure in the hell isn't me.
Other than that it's a great store and great prices.”
“When in to purchase some utility T-shirts for work and the sales person helped me out. I also wanted a couple 5-11 decals for my rear window and unfortunately she stated that they were out of stock for some time. ??♂️”
“This store is just fun! You have to have a sense of humor to enjoy this type of store. If you are up-tight or are a prude, then don't bother going to this place lol You won't like it. Lot's of gags and gimmicks at Spencer's. Fun Knick knacks mixed with pop culture items. You'll find marijuana paraphernalia (it's legal in California so don't hate lol), sex toys and gag gifts, and clothes/ hats too. Some of the gag gifts are just hilarious. There are funny cards for birthdays, weddings and all occasions. You'll find lingerie, piercing jewelry for ears, nose and naval. Employees are usually pretty cool and easy going. The atmosphere is fun and youthful. This is the place to find a funny gag gift for a friend or family member. Sometimes they have pretty cool posters too.”
“Came here today to get a guayabera for my upcoming wedding. We spoke to the owners daughter who was more than helpful. She showed me the different options, and materials. She was amazing. She made me and my fiancee feel like we were part of her family. My father in law has been coming her for a while. I am surprised that this establishment does not have any reviews. If you are looking for authentic Spanish western wear, or any type of Mexican clothing come here first. They even have an amazing selection of different styles of boots and shoes. I heard they even do some boot and shoe repair!”

“I was heading towards the exit of Tyler small when this storefront caught my eye. Walked in and was warmly greeted by employee Justin. Maybe he was the Manager? Wouldn’t know, he was just super chill. Immediately I was drawn to the IE heart logo hats. Having spent more than half my life in the Inland Empire, I definitely have love for the IE. Never saw it expressed so awesomely though! Left with two hats in color schemes I had never before seen (and I’ve seen a lot of hats) and Justin hooked it up with kindness and care. Even though it’s over half hour from where I live, I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit!”

“Not sure why this place has so many poor reviews- I've always have a good experience coming here... employees are always friendly and greet me when I walk through the door. There's all kinds of blank shirts and Dickies clothing in stock, really big selection! The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is some of the shirts I bought last year were defective- some of the stitching wasn't done right and the shoulders or armpit area of the shirts were coming apart- but it looks like they got a bad batch and I haven't had a problem since. Prices are average, but if you get the 3-for $ deal then you save a bit. Overall, great place for me and my small business...”
