Michael's done four upholstery jobs for my wife and I over the past two years: two sets of dining chairs, rocking chair seat and back, and three vintage foot stools. In a word, his work is excellent! He transformed our furniture with obvious skill, care, attention to detail and quality materials. Michael does all his own work. He's trustworthy and very pleasant, a craftsman whose work is quite reasonably priced. You can entrust your furniture to Mds Furniture Upholstery with complete confidence. Michael is highly recommended!

Michael is amazing at his craft and so reasonable in pricing. We had our leather ottoman for several years and it started to wear, we had several quotes from other companies and were outrages. We loved the size and style and couldn't find a similar new one so we were so excited to find MDS. He had so many options in fabric and now it looks good as new and with such craftsmanship. Thank you MDS for restoring one of our staples in our living room we are so grateful and impressed! We will definitely will be using MDS again

Michael did a beautiful job. We gave him a 24 year old sofa with good bones and he gave us back a sofa that will last another 24. The sofa had brass racks and lots of curves.

Michael reupholstered a half-dozen dining chairs and two mid-century modern footstool for my wife and I earlier this year. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Michael is a skilled craftsman with years of experience; believe me, it shows: our furniture was returned to us virtually brand new. (Incidentally, his pricing includes at-home pickup and delivery, part of the old school customer service ethic he practices.) I had expected to pay more for what we had done than what Michael charged, but if I had I'm convinced I would not have gotten a better product. In short, MDS Furniture Upholstery is VERY highly recommended--count on it!

Michael is such a craftsman! He even matched the plaid on the sides of my window seat cushions! The bar stool seat and back are beautifully done with set screws so we know how to put them together. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone

This is a wonderful , wonderful company to deal with. great job!!!! Very difficult chair to reupholster, superb work . Highly recommend.!!!!this was a Woodmark chair and ottoman about 20 years old, looks like it just came from the factory, everything just perfect including custom arm caps No disappointment here. Michael, the owner, did an amazing job re-creating cushions for my antique Morrison chair. This chair has been in my family for over 100 years and it was restored beautifully! I will be coming back for my future upholstery needs!
