Today was my first time visiting Mattress Brothers and it was such a pleasant experience. Ethan helped me out and his customer service was excellent. The inventory was plentiful and of great value. Thank you again Ethan for a great experience!

I have just purchase a mattress from Ethan and he is very helpful, he listened to all concerns.But at the time of receiving the order which was 9 days later after having paid in full, I did not get the memory cooling pillows that were on the mattress at the time of purchase and Ethan had clearly said that those pillows came with the mattress. Instead, I was given some other which were a much less quality pillows. Also, I had ordered a medium mattress and the mattress that I received does not feel like the one that was displayed This mattress is a lot firmer and uncomfortable. This mattress
has a really strong chemical smell that gives headaches and nausea. I am really disappointed of the service rendered. I originally had posted 5 stars only because he said he would give me a mattress cover, but it turns out that the mattress cover came with the order that I had purchased, so he did not really give me anything. What Ethan gave was less quality on everything.

We purchased a queen size mattress for guest room. During the first week my wife tried it out for a couple of days then I tried it out for a couple of days. The mattress did not feel comfortable. We went to the store and the lady did not want to refund our money or have us bring the mattress back. My wife and I look at each other and thought boy we made a mistake. The lady spoke about her Christian faith. I was very shocked that she did not help us to remedy this problem. My wife and I bought an extra pad for the mattress, however it still does not feel comfortable. I honestly feel that a company failed to hold up on their responsibility to the consumer. Based on that I would not recommend anybody to their business. That's unfortunate that this lady did not help us at all. We are retired and on a fixed income. This makes it very difficult as well to buy another mattress.

Came to check mattress. Lady inside won't open the door. Been waiting 15 min. Store should be open since 10am? It's already 11 am n store door closed. She told me to wait 10-15min. She's no where to be seen now.

My hubby and I stopped in after doing many stops before finding our mattress. The lady Joany is so helpful. I really feel like she took the time to understand our needs and the customer service was beyond our expectations. Excellent pricing and delivery was when she said it would come! Highly recommend!

Our experience here was disappointing to say the least. From the time we walked in we were greeted by a seemingly friendly woman. She was polite and attentive, but somehow kept bringing up God and religion into our shopping experience. I understand this is a Christian owned business, however I didn't come here to talk about religion- I came to buy a mattress. At one point she even asked us "You guys are Christian too, right?". We felt like if we said no, she might not have even sold us the mattress! Strike one. We chose a beautiful metal bed frame and we were told we could pick it up the same time the mattress was in since it was the last of it's kind. We paid for the frame in full. We were so excited. Then we get a call saying that there was a mistake and that exact bed frame was already put on layaway for someone else. How frustrating! There should've been clear documentation saying that this was the case before we had already chosen and paid for it. Even when she called to tell us this, she brought up God AGAIN saying that it was "meant to be" for the other customer who had it on layaway already. Strike two. So we made the mistake of going back to choose a different bed frame. We had 2 options. One of them was "in stock" and could be transferred by the middle or end of the week for the same price. We're thinking "cool, it worked out". Another phone call saying that the transfer would be delayed another week because there was not enough items to transfer to begin with. Strike three! It was a total inconvenience and not even any sort of compensation offered for our wasted time. All we got was a "sorry". I will say the ONLY plus of this experience and why the 2 stars is because she wasn't rude and we paid a good price for our mattress.
