The people in the parts department Were very helpful even though the part for my Sea-Doo wasn't available they gave me the part number so I could order it on Amazon or ebay

Took my two Yamaha WaveRunners in for service and they took me in quickly and Rick Reiff was super helpful and was always sending me updates they finished up in 1 day.
