The service sucks here. We have gone multiple times and asked for help and the cashier's just send us in a different direction to ask someone else for help, while they just stand around not doing anything.

They have the most wonderful customer service! The place is so clean and so organized and they have the most beautiful birds. I 100% recommend buying your bird only from here!

Love this place! My wife and I take our grandkids on personal field trips to Magnolia and have had nothing but a great time. Our 6 yr old is trying his best to converse with the blue MacCaw. So darn cute watching him try.

Good selection for the birds is always great. Toys and cages always available. The service is always friendly and quick. We been coming here for around 18 years or more and never had an issue. This time Dec2023 we got two Christmas cockatiels ornaments made original by: Avian Artist Betty Keil. They have more bird selections. Also check out their birds and but. We have two Cockatiels at home.

Tammy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had great customer service. This was our first time coming and let me tell you.. I won't going be going to PetSmart anymore for bird food or anything. They have everything you need! They will definitely be seeing us more often. Thank you Tammy! :)

Yes Magnolia bird farm is the best I've been going there for 40 years. Frank is the owner and always there to help! I just bought 2 male canaries on Wednesday. You can't go wrong with them. Thank you

Magnolia is the only bird store I go to, even tho it is a pretty far drive for me. Everyone, especially the owner, is very helpful. The birds there are very healthy and good looking. I recommend Magnolia Bird Farm above any other "bird" establishment.

Most unfriendly store I've been to in awhile. Multiple employees walked past us and not a single one acknowledged us or even cracked a smile. Won't be going back.

I have been going here for years. Over twenty years ago, Everything was purpose built to be the best bird place in California and it still is. This is your one stop shop for every avian.

I have always been able to go to the bird farm for advice food and anything pertaining to birds. I'm so glad to see they are surviving all the building going on around them. What the bird farm offers can never be replaced

I am visiting the area & because I have parrots, my sister in law thought I would enjoy the place. I was appalled at what they were feeding the parrots. Nothing but seeds & peanuts. Poor babies. It has been well documented that peanuts have mold that can be harmful for birds and seed only diets cause major malnutrition that leads to serious health problems. I felt so bad for every parrot in there. Hundreds of birds suffering from malnutrition.
