Such a big help. I went in there not knowing anything in what to get. The lady at the counter was so sweet and knew exactly what I needed. I wish I got her name but it was March 29 around 11:00am. Thank you for helping me feel beautiful again!!!

Called this location as I was looking for a hot ticket item and this location had it. I am not local to Riverside and she suggested to have items shipped. I purchased two and Yaya was very professional and helpful. Made the transaction smooth and simple! Can't wait to receive my lip balm. Thank you Yaya!!

I have been meaning to do this review but I kept forgetting to. I came in on November 24th (I believe). I really wanted to get my older sister some new makeup for her birthday. As well as she just had a newborn baby and she had not really worn makeup during her pregnancy. I went through her makeup bag and I wanted to get her a new Mac lipstick and lip liner. I went onto MAC's website and seen they will be having some great deals for Black Friday. Long story short... I was greeted by a lovely, and kind employee. Her name was Monique B. She was very helpful in easing my tension as I was kind of clueless as to what shade of lip stick and lip liner would suite my sister. I explained my sister was tan and she loved a darker lip liner and lighter lip stick shade in the middle. She showcased me some swatches and even assisted me in helping me pick out an additional blush to add to her collection. I was so amazed with her hospitality skills and just overall light energy. I was not so overwhelmed with products, but listened to what I think my sister wanted. The cherry on top of my experience was she even informed me about the gift with purchase (which was a awesome deal) . I left with a compact powder, another lipstick, another blush, and some samples of their skin care additions. Thank you Monique for being a rockstar! Keep doing what you are doing because we need more stars like you! :) I hope the next time I visit you can assist me again.

Today I came in looking for a good Mac compact and I was greeted by an amazing employee named Monique she saw me and asked me if I needed any help with anything I told her I did , so she applied my color that she thought fitted my skin tone and I was very satisfied by what she recommended me so I purchased it and I told her thank you for all her help ! Super sweet young lady , Excellent customer service experience i had today .. I hope management acknowledges her for all that she does , cause she deserves it for going beyond her expectations !! Definitely coming back

Alex had exceptional customer service!! He helped me as soon as a I walked in. Matched me to my right color and asked if I needed more help. He let me know there’s promotions and got a product shipped to my house. Super awesome and helpful. Enjoyed my experience.

Came in to pick up the squirt plumping gloss and Bernice was amazingg! She was super helpful and even went out of her way to help me get everything I needed. They ran out of one of the colors I wanted and she literally took her time to call another MAC store to check stock for me and even helped me set up the option to get it shipped. Literally 10/10 service!

The employees at this Mac location are very welcoming and kind. When they shade match my foundation, they provided makeup remover and even applied moisturizer first to protect my skin. They are caring and listens to your needs. Honestly my experience at Mac is way better than at Sephora.

I had the most amazing experience with Alex yesterday. He is so sweet and attentive. I came in looking to get my makeup done for an event that I was hosting. He pushed his lunch back to accommodate me. While doing my makeup he was so polite and friendly, and really cared about the look that I wanted. When we were finished, I had to fight back tears. I loved my make up sooo much! I highly recommend him and I want to give him his flowers for making me feel so beautiful for my event. Thank you so much! ?

I had a nice experience with the MUA Yaya. I went in for the recycling program for the free items before the perk is discontinued in March. I didn't expect her to help me with colors since I went into the store not to make a purchase. She was so sweet and took the time to help me. She helped me find the right color of lipstick, lipgloss, and two eyeshadow (which were the free trade-in). I ended up buying a Bronzer, which I love. The perfect kiss of sunshine. I'm sad that the recycling program for the free item is going to be gone. I think people will be less likely to bring in their empties. I'll add that her makeup was beautiful and I used her as my inspiration for the eyeshadows I was looking for. I would recommend Yaya if you are looking for great customer service and color match.
