I as a woman never been to a mechanic shop before and for good reason .I was greeted by Mike and Hector who took apart my door and charged me labor and denied missing parts and let me leave barely mentioning it. But mainly it's the price for parts all had to be ordered by dealer and he claimed my car needed 3500 at first to be fixed. My brakes are grinding now before they were perfect.his face changed when he thought I was going to not continue to let him and Hector put in my parts I ordered. My car is worse off I wish I never let the two of them touch my car .shame on them.god knows

Mike's the man. Experience and people skills. Doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Does only what's needed for repair. Doesn't try to find things wrong to rip you off. Trust worthy. Small shop care with big shop knowledge. Will continue my support.

I got my suv smogged during my lunch on a Thursday and they were super fast. I was in and out in less than 30 mins with the friendliest of service. I forgot his name but he was very nice, patient, and answered all my questions. The shop was upfront about pricing and no hidden fees.
