I was on google, looking for a suspension shop in So Cal with the highest ratings and I came across LTW. I just purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 last year and I wanted some things done to it. I’ve been wheeling since 1975 and have some experience with the industry. So after calling a few shops, I contacted Mike at LTW, and extensively grilled him about my project for at least an half an hour.Mike was very knowledgeable about the products and services he offered.I was so impressed with Mike, I knew this was the shop I wanted to work on my truck.I’m really particular on who touches my truck as well. Anyway, I was ecstatic with the end result.The service, attitudes and cleanliness of the shop is impeccable. Thanks to Mike and Josh and the crew, I’m a client for life. Thanks for everything guy’s

Took my 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD in for a suspension upgrade. The staff is helpful and friendly, will for sure he going back for future work. The work done speaks for itself, I can tell the technicians take pride in the work they do.

Had an issue with my lift after another mechanic took it apart. Took my truck to LTW, and what a fantastic job they did to resolve the issue. These guys are pros. Thanks to all the guys at the shop, your expertise is greatly appreciated ?

Josh was really helpful. The whole LTW crew did a fantastic job on my truck!! They know what they're doing and the final product speaks for itself! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

These guys are a great shop to have work done on your truck. They answered all my questions and were very informative with options and pros and cons of different lifts/wheel and tire packages. Very happy with the work they did on my truck installing my lift and wheels/tires. Would definitely come back and have recommended them to friends as well. Very reasonable pricing for both parts and service.

Poor customer service at this place, will not be returning to this store. Also, parking mid-day can be difficult at this lot, and employees take up 4 spots right in front of the store, with one of the trucks using two spots.

Well all I can say is Wow. I just happened to meet Mike at the off road show in Pomona. Mike and Josh gave me an awesome price. I called about working on my 2021 Ranger and they were able to fit me in within a few days. You can't beat their service or prices. I'm extremely happy how the truck came out. I started to follow these guys on the gram and they are clock work with their work. A lot of good work coming out of this place. Easy and no bs. Took my Silverado for 2inch lift with some Bilsteins with alignment. Very professional and straight to the point.

Came to LTW by a recommendation of a friend. They were really fast on responding back to me over ig dm’s with my questions about which setup to go with. Once there they explained and showed me everything that my truck was gonna get done. I will definitely come back for more truck upgrades. And I recommend this place to anyone that wants good quality work done and great customer service.

10/10! Mike and josh were extremely profesional and very informative about any question I had for them. Purchased a new Tacoma and they had me dialed in and gave me plenty of options to chose from! Definitely worth the drive and very very happy with the results! Definitely coming back when it's time for a upgrade

I had taken my 2022 tacoma into LTW after a very long grueling search for the "right shop" which is extremely hard to come across these days. I spoke first hand in person with Josh & mike who spoke in depth with me about my build as I was planning on doing the entire truck. They gave me loads of helpful information & answered every single one of my thousands of questions..not once did I feel rushed to make a decision on anything. I was given tons of quality options ranging from affordable to very expensive lol but none the less They never made me feel like they were trying to sway me towards spending more money, but rather helpimg me from start to finish make the best decision for my personal needs and expectations for my truck's performance. Which was incredibly helpful in reassuring to me because this was a BIG ticket for me. I went ahead with a full package...I had them install a full suspension setup with wheels, tires, mount, balance & alignment. Josh and mike were really professional & helpful all the way through. When I went to pick up my truck I was over the moon, it wasnt even the same truck I left them With! I recieved Absolutely beautiful results. I did a thorough walk-around and mike (in detail) walked me through all the work they did. I couldn't find a single thing "wrong" with my truck..seemingly perfect, everything was done professional, cleanly and correctly! Been driving her a bit now...drives straight, and comfortable!! Total transformation. Well done gentleman. I highly recommend anybody Who is interested in having any work done to their truck or ordering parts go to LTW every time, You won't regret it.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job on my 2014 Ram 2500. Their shop is very informative, up to date on the latest & greatest but also quick to respond (even after hours) and customer service oriented. I highly recommend them, it's hard to beat their prices and they treat you how you expect to be treated. We'll be returning customers. Thank you Mike and everyone at LTW!
