Nope. Nope. Nope. No one is in a rush to help you even though you asked them for help. Was coming here for a new leaf blower and saw the deal for a free battery and a discounted leaf blower. Well everything is behind lock and key so I had to ask for help. Asked a gentleman who was busy with the forklift and I totally get that it would take awhile, but I figured he'd stop at some point and help me but I was wrong. Had to go up front and ask for help through customer service while the same guy responded to help. Didn't know anything about the promo deal and he works in lawn and garden. Yikes. Anyway, got my stuff and got out of there.

i bought a refrigerator that was delivered defective. had to wait 2 more days for another one to be delivered. asked multiple times for an early delivery was given November 19 on the list. Called into express my frustration and received a bunch of empty promises and was told I would receive callbacks which I never did. The third-party delivery service they use is a joke, very rude and nothing put in place for customer satisfaction

Every item we hope they have in store is only avail online; quite disappointing. Garden is huge and always kept beautiful and the prices are reasonable. Every worker has always been immensely helpful. Selection is good but like I said, some items are only available online. We come here quite often for home improvements.

Went to go have an extra key made for work. Apparently the machine needs exact change. Ask the ladies at the register. If they could break a twenty, they said, go to customer service went to customer service and they told me they cannot give me change. I could go to the grocery store and get change from the tellers. I don't understand what's the problem. Especially that customer service can't give change. That does not make any sense. Poor customer service at Lowe's very disappointed.

Just got back home from LOWES in Riverside I need to warn you about what's happening there. By aware that this company will list different price on their website and is much higher price in store. They just lured you in and slap you with 15% higher prices in store, when this was politely pointed out they associate answer was that they will not fix discrepancy in price and when told that this is the reason why I usually shop in Home Depot he said he does not care he gets paid same money regardless how many people are shopping in store.

I ran into your store (1285 Magnolia Ave. Corona, CA) to make a return & grab a few things. During my return, I decided to keep a bag of grout (for which I had the receipt), rather than return it. As I retrieved my items for purchase, I was told they were unable to cut a 2 x 4 in half because "it was already 8 PM" (store closes at 9), nor was I allowed in the garden dept. (same reason). I just got done paying (8:30 PM) when a short, heavy-set lady (didn't get her name during the embarrassment) ran up to my cashier loudly stating I did not pay for that grout. I'm a 59 year old woman who spends quite a a bit of money @ your stores. This lady's behavior was rude & completely uncalled for. Even if the cashier had overlooked an item, that lady should've been more professional! She offered no apology for the misunderstanding, she just walked away! Knock that chip off her shoulder...she shouldn't be working with the public!

Went to the Magnolia Lowe's. Nice store friendly staff. Only problem was the wood screws had no price tag. Had a associates to scan the item.

Customer service here sucks. There's a bunch of useless workers walking around not doing anything & complain when they are asked for help. I asked a worker for help, and he held a bag of Cheetos up to his face eating them while talking to me with his mouth open. Absolutely disgusting

As of 12/23/23 at 2:54pm, if you go to aisle 26, section 14, you’ll see the tiki bitefighter ALL the way up where customers CANNOT reach without employee help. Eventually I said f it and just climbed up to get it so you may see a box with 3 left sitting randomly—it was me, the customer, helping myself because after speaking to 3 associates and hearing for help on aisle 26 twice…I still received no help. Thanks!
