Customer service here sucks. There's a bunch of useless workers walking around not doing anything & complain when they are asked for help. I asked a worker for help, and he held a bag of Cheetos up to his face eating them while talking to me with his mouth open. Absolutely disgusting

Don't recommend. Purchased washer and dryer, dryer that was delivered is not working. Have called so many times and have not gotten an answer on when I will be getting a replacement. 5 days later finally had to call corporate. Biggest headache ever. Last time I will purchasing anything from Lowe's.

The staff in the garden section are not helpful whatsoever; especially Isabella. I asked her a question regarding where I could find a particular item that showed they had 26 units in store available, and she did not lift a finger to try and help. She was very rude actually. One of the worst shopping experiences I've had.
