Hi , I was today in their office for my appointment that I had , the guy came with not so friendly way that we don’t want to do your tax this year after 3 years taxes I did there . What I thought because they did so many times mistake and I asked to fix it so they didn’t like it , her grandfather was some one with experience but her grand daughter needs much more time to learn first how to talk and behave with customer , this is much more important that how to value your customer for coming back and respect them if they ask for fixing their mistake .she is really in need to learn it if she wants to stay in this business . Just copy and paste for every year of customer taxes it doesn’t show she is professional , just be careful if some one looks for experience person in taxes , don’t go there and be aware how they can be rude to you too .just be careful with the new owner

Horrible service wasted 1 month with someone who didn't give a rat behind about my taxes !!!!! She never emailed back and couldn't give me a time frame on when she could finish my taxes !!! Don't use this company I went to Westaxes company and got me in the same day AND was able to give me a date on completion!!

I’ve used other accountants in the past and this is by far my favorite place to have my taxes done they are quick thoroughly professional they never miss a deduction.

My in laws have gone here for such a long time and raved about the incredible service they receive every time they go. We were looking at owing a lot of money doing our taxes on TurboTax and HR Block. We kept having issues on those sites and it was making doing our taxes super stressful. We got Lou's Tax Service info from my in laws and made an appointment. Brittany was so kind and nice, and helped us out. All of our stress and worries are gone, and they are helping us get a refund instead of owing! Yay! She helped explain the answers to our questions and was so kind. Definitely will be returning every year to do our taxes!

Great small Tax office. The office personnel are extremely polite and patient. I have been using their services for past three years and I'm always late getting them what they need yet I'm treated like a valued customer. Highly recommend for personal Tax Prep.

Lou's Tax service's in Riverside CA is small.. But being a small place you feel like family.. I been doing my taxes here since 08 and I got to say.. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else..

I decided to have my taxes done by a professional after using Turbo Tax for many years and was referred to Lou. Excellent service, very quick and easy. I will never go back to Turbo Tax again! Staff is polite and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Professional and a great price. Never had any problems and with direct deposit got my taxes back in a couple weeks. The people complaining probably expect to get mailed tax returns in days when you should know it takes a long time.

We've used Lou as our tax preparer for years and he is great, organized, helpful and honest. He's helped us go from simple forms to handling our business taxes. He is superfast. There were years when we were close to the 4/15 deadline due to getting all our business stuff in order and he worked hard to get us the completed paperwork for us to sign THE NEXT DAY. I don't know what these other people's problems were. It has always been a helpful professional place.
