About Life First Group, LLC
Life First Group is an officially licensed American Red Cross training facility. We are dedicated to achieving healthy lifestyles. We do this with personal training, nutrition plans, self defense by way of Krav Maga & First Aid/CPR/AED training. We have 2,200 sq. ft. of indoor gym, 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor gym, all the latest equipment, over 12,000 lbs of free weights & a seperate Krav Maga dojo. We also have one of the only 30' Titan Rigs in Riverside. The type you'd see on American Ninja Warrior. We have one of the best Training Facilities in Riverside & are conveniently located off of the Blaine/3rd Street exit off of the 60 freeway.
