We moved in December. We absolutely love our 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartments. It's a quite complex with lots of friendly neighbors. The front desk ladies are super nice and it's nice to Always see security on the ground.

We’ve been here for a year now. NO PROBLEMS what so ever. Very quiet and clean community. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. And any issues we’ve had inside our unit have been taken care of with urgency. The maintenance employees are very kind and respectful, Gildardo thank you for taking care of our issues with a sense of urgency.

This is a very nice community to live in. Amenities are great and always serviced well. The management takes care of any concern I have ever brought up in a timely manner. Ive been a resident for over a year with absolutely no issues at all.

Roaches, trash, & rude management!!I've been here for a year now and there's always trash everywhere. I have submitted multiple maintenance reports and they always go unanswered. The girls in the office are very rude. At first when you're getting the tour and what not they put a good attitude but after if you need something there attitude changes. I have actually been told the same by other residents. There's also so many roaches inside and outside its crazy.

ive been here for about a year in a half and my experiece here has been amazing Julissa Rerucha has always been amazing with me always helping me out 100%in my apartment needs and any questions I have its amazing honestly i wish all manager where the same adi penaloza has been amazing if i have any concerns she is so fast to help and answer as well im super happy i never want them or me too leave im so comfortable with them and here as a attendant thank you for been amazing always?❤

My honest opinion about this apartment complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. THEY ARE RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE SIDE WALK AND IN THE HOMES. My last apartment I was at for 6 years and never had roaches. I just went on a call of duty kill streak and dropped a MOAB. I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to move here. I just took this photo as I’m typing. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. I WANT TO BURN ALL OF MY BELONGINGS. ONCE AGAIN. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. Cars also get stolen and vandalized. Other than that move in at your own risk and waste your money

This apartment is garbage there are cockroaches living all over the complex and they have made their way into the apartments a hole was in the wall before we moved in and they covered it with some cheap substance that fell off in a week or two the dishwasher doesn't work the office workers suck the maintenance workers suck even more the laundry room is garbage as well there is not a damn thing in these apartments that doesn't suck.

The new manager on site (aneesa) or whatever her name is ,is extremely disrespectful,rude and ignorant and does not know how to listen.this type of person should not be in management what so ever especially talking to a resident who pays a high amount of money and is always on time and never missed a payment, but when a unhabitable pest control is the issue and you mention it to them she turns back and accuses you of many other things that have nothing to do with your concern. She is disgusting in how she treats people and it's disappointing. I asked for her to provide me with her supervisors name and she said " I don't have one" ummm I'm sure you do because you were hire unfortunately. Then after going back and forth of me asking for her supervisors name and me telling her she was failing to provide information that I was requested that was not that hard to do she said " his name is Micheal " wow was that hard to do ??? She should not be representing these suppose to be luxury apartments which they are not and are unhabitable and infested with pests and causing me a life threatening health issue and she thinks this is not a concern . What ever you do even if this is the last resort of a so called home do no do nottttt rent here . I will be waiting for a call from the supervisor if that ever happens.

Everett demonstrates job role ownership! He was very helpful through our application process! My husband and I appreciate how quick he was to respond to our emails. Even though jobs can be stressful; he maintained very positive, motivated & friendly at all times! Thank you for being such a wonderful human being!Update: Its been over 5months living here & i never had a problem until i started seeing roaches. I was looking at other reviews and i saw they had the same problem. Who can i talk to about this problem?

Parking lot is atrocious. No one follows the 5mil an hr rule. People use the entrance gate as an exit . I've personally had my car dented twice and ketchup smeared all over my car . It's very stressful to park at the place you are suppose to call home. Was once told by a previous manager that I can park up front by the office to feel safe. New management comes and threatens to tow my car because im parking where I was told I could . New management new rules . There was no understanding or sympathy in fact I was treated as the problem.

If I can put zero stars I would.I used to be a resident here and forgot to change my forwarding address to my new address. I called yesterday because I was expecting important mail. "The Manager " Julissa answered and was so rude, she just kept talking over me and no manners at all. I know it's my responsibility to change my address but not everyone has a not busy lifestyle. Customer service is part of my job and I understand it's not an easy job but don't work with jobs that requires you to provide great customer service if you're going to have an attitude, be rude and just treat people with no respect. I had to drive to the apartments and speak to the resident myself, which I didn't mind. These apartments will fall apart with management like that.

Not sure how my review was removed but it was. I lived here from 11/2018 to 12/2021. And let me says this Christina is pretty awesome! But thr complex itself is horrible. They are cockroach infested I lived in 2 separate units at this complex and both were infested. Sad part is they sprayed but that's about it. I had a terminal child living there who was allergic to roaches and they didn't care at all. Also water is always off for maintenance. Also the flooring is not done properly and if it messes up before the 36 month mark they charge you for the floor like they are doing me my husband installs wood floor for a living and told christian prior to switching units the floor was going to lift up and it did exactly that but somehow we are at fault for it . Mind u we lived there for 3 years infested with roaches and they still think the floor should be my responsibility what about the pain and suffering my DYING child endured while residing at this place. Also I had stagnat water on my patio and we were being at alive by mosquitos how u ask well the AC was leaking onto the patio put in work orders nothing was done but water sucked up a few times. My poor dog would drink the water and throw up. They did nothing. Also while living there our vehicles were hit twice and security did nothing they are supposed to having patrolling security but instead they have sitting security. 1 of our cars were hit and left a huge dent and 2 of them were broken into. It's the roaches for me though and them expecting me to live like that and pay outrageous move out fees. If
