Great place, went there thinking that I broke my laptop screen, they fixed it well and were pleasant to interact with to boot. I brought by Asus gaming laptop, they have great experience working on similar models as they explained common issues with my model and more. Would recommend for any tech needs including pc and phone repairs.

I am very pleased with the expertise and honesty of the laptop repair technician and owner, Spencer. He was able to quickly open my laptop and diagnose the issue (motherboard failure), get an estimate of the cost of the replacement part from online sources, and ultimately recommend that it was not worth the cost to repair. Then, he refused to charge me anything for his time. I will definitely return to his store/shop next time I have a computer problem or repair need, as trust and expertise are both very important.

I saw their on Yelp under Brother printer repair. Decided to call them even tough they call themselves laotot repair. They said they would look at my Broher Printer which is mostly not working. Father and son business. Both are very knowledgable . They examined my machine and came up with some reasons why it doesnt fully work. Spent over an hour with me on it. Son came up with idea to sprayed some solution on affected area but said it may not solve the problem. It did not. But for all the time they both spent and tried their best to solve the problem even looking on Brother website for manuals their small fee was well worth it. I felt they were bieng honest and tried to do what they could without a big repair bill. Son made suggestions about down load app from Brother to use the machine from my computer . It may work using the app. At least it did not cost me an arm and al eg to find this out.I would highly recommend them.

A crack on my HP Envy laptop's touchscreen was wreaking havoc with my mouse.I brought my laptop in to Laptop Masters on Monday. Spencer clearly and honestly explained to me what it would cost to replace the screen and went over my options.I was able to pick up my laptop that Thursday and the touchscreen works great. Go here for a professional and quick computer repair experience!

Took in my laptop after it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. I was quoted somewhere around 400+ by a reputable chain store that shall not be named with an eyeball estimate since they would have to ship it to their main repair facility... 85 shipping.I looked around my area and found Laptop masters. It took a little longer than I was expecting but worthwile once I came to pick it up. Spencer not only fixed my issue, he meticulously cleaned the areas of my laptop that I couldn't reach without completely disassembling my laptop. He also explained what was going on and was very clear on what and how he fixed it. 90 dollars to fix my issue so I was happy it wasn't anywhere near the estimate the chain store quoted me.Environment was clean and professional.

The guy that works there, sadly couldn’t get his name, is such a cool dude. I took my pc in there told him my problem and he hooked me up with a quick and easy troubleshoot for no price at all! The atmosphere in there is awesome too, with all of his sick pinball machines!
